As much as I absolutely love this daycare we had to pull our daughter. The center is clean, the staff is excellent with our child. We always knew she was safe and well cared for. We are saddened and disheartened how are the corporation of Bright Horizon's makes it very very very difficult to work with. The policies in place feel designed to take the decisions and control of parenting away from us. Anytime we needed to make a schedule adjustment regarding sleep that they disagreed with we needed a signed pediatrician note, when she had specific medical needs requiring extra nose cleaning , we needed medical documentation. Due to Medical issues she had a lot of lose stool so they kept sending her home - even though she wasn't sick - which made things even more complicated. Again I understand that this is not a reflection of the staff at the center just the corporation. And again it is very upsetting because we really did not want to have to take her from the center. Just wishing that Bright Horizons would understand that they are not the parents of the child and give more control to the parents.
