  • My son has been going here for years and loves it! All the teachers and staff at dreamers are so kind and professional. They have a very fun and educational curriculum for the kids, with new projects and topics each week/month. Yoga, music, soccer, walks to the park and fresh, high quality food and snacks. I couldn’t wish for a better place and experience for my son.

  • I simply cannot recommend Doyin, Miss Franklin, Miss Chris and the whole team at Dreamers enough. We were first time parents and going back to work after 3 months was terrifying. We were so fortunate to find Dreamers and they instantly made us feel so comfortable with the amount of love and support they surrounded our daughter with. Everyday our daughter had a smile on her face and she developed so quickly through their curriculum and structured engagement with other kids. The Dreamers team truly went above and beyond - they keep you updated throughout the day, create special memories through the crafts / activities and genuinely built bonds with our daughter that meant the world to us. More than a recommendation - I just want to thank the team at Dreamers for the everlasting impact they made to our daughter and how they supported my wife and I through every step of the process. We moved out of Chicago and were so torn having to leave their team. But we will be forever grateful to the Dreamers team! Thank you!

  • We LOVE it here. Our son has been at Dreamers since he was 4 months old and he is now 3 and in their preschool class. They made us feel so comfortable and we get cute pictures and videos on the Brightwheel app each day. He loves his teachers and the director/assistant director so much. He's always having fun at school. They put a lot of thought into the programing and do really fun activities, special thing (like bubble fest, celebrate diverse holidays and cultures, bring in parents to share, special events), crafts, dance, yoga, music etc. The community at the daycare is amazing and the parents hang out almost daily at the park or do mom's happy hours. He's growing and learning so much and they do park adventures and walks during the day as well as lots of time in the activity room. Dreamer's has been so wonderful for our family and we would 100% recommend to others.

  • My daughter was enrolled in Dreamers from June 2022 through December 2023. The only reason we left was because we moved too far away. We loved our time at Dreamers and my daughter loved going there. She enjoyed the teachers, the activities, and always looked forward to running into daycare every day. She had a great experience and Dreamers played a big role in those formative months/years.

  • My daughter absolutely loves Dreamers. She loves her teachers and has struck up real friendships with children in her classroom. I initially felt bad about sending her to daycare (I’m not able to stay home with her) but our experience has been amazing. Every morning she is excited and happy to go to school and she’s learned a ton.

  • Dreamers is the best! We've been at Dreamers for about a year now, since I went back to work after maternity leave. Everyone comments on how sociable and skilled our daughter is for her age, and we absolutely attribute that to her time at Dreamers. The staff are true partners in our parenting journey -- proactively communicating about her progress, getting just as excited as we are when she hits new milestones, and recommending resources so we can all help her develop together. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a place for your little.

Questions parents ask about DREAMERS ACADEMY

Is DREAMERS ACADEMY a licensed child care provider in Illinois?

Yes. DREAMERS ACADEMY holds Illinois licence 576962, listed as "Pending renewal application (RN)" by the Department of Children and Family Services, licensed as a day care center in City Of Chicago County. Confirm current standing at sunshine.dcfs.illinois.gov before enrolling.

What ages does DREAMERS ACADEMY accept?

Illinois licenses DREAMERS ACADEMY for children 6 weeks to 5 years during the day, with a licensed day capacity of 55. The span is what the licence permits, not a statement of which ages have places free.

What languages are spoken at DREAMERS ACADEMY?

The licence record lists English. That is what the provider reported to the state, not a guarantee that a speaker is on site at every hour.

Does this page show inspection results for DREAMERS ACADEMY?

No. Illinois publishes monitoring and licensing reports going back to 2010 through Sunshine at sunshine.dcfs.illinois.gov. Those reports are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects DREAMERS ACADEMY's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the monitoring record.
