One of the BEST daycares around! They treat all the children as if they were their own. They do wonderful with children with special needs and update you often on how their day is going. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to take my child here simply because I know when I drop him off he’s in good hands!

One of the many amazing places in Waterloo, IL, that provide an environment for children to be educated and cared for. The owners, Aubrey and Sean, are extremely dedicated to the well-being of each child. It is a pleasant and a beautiful sight to witness. As well, it is apparent the team at Innovations ECC, including directors, educators, and other staff, are working at this Early Childhood Center due to their ability to engage with children. Furthermore, it is clear that all of the staff are supported and encouraged. Innovations staff are kind and approachable, making an effort to greet, smile, and interact with families. The staff is professional and responsive to the requirements of the children that attend. Aubrey and Sean visit the site regularly and encourage both comments and criticism. They provide frequent trainings and meetings for all employees, keeping them informed about safety, educational needs, and opportunities to engage in knowledge-building activities. So I'll extend my own ideas to you...If your children are new to an early childhood facility, don't worry; they will be safe and secure. Staff reassures fearful children daily, allowing them to quickly acclimate. Also, if you want to learn more about a profession in early childhood teaching, call Innovations and get connected with them. It would be a fantastic environment to study and develop as an individual. As a loving mother and wife, I am glad to know that Innovations ECC has taken the effort to contribute to the community by providing such a wonderful environment for children.
Miranda GrayJan 24, 2024We LOVE Innovations! My daughter has been going here for about 10 months now and we couldn’t be happier! The staff are wonderful with the kids.. Always keeping them busy while also teaching them and making it fun! If you are looking for a center that is full of staff who are truly compassionate about taking care of children and putting your mind at ease when you’re off to work LOOK NO FURTHER! Also love the brightwheel app were they send updates of your child’s diet throughout the day and sending pictures of all the fun activities they are doing with them!
