When I, as a mother, made the decision to introduce my child to a social environment like a daycare, I spent an entire month researching different childcare centers in our area. What may have seemed like a coincidence led me to choose this one — but I truly believe it was meant to be. Initially, I was considering Ukrainian and Polish daycare centers, but ultimately I chose this American childcare center. From the very first moment I walked in, I felt something special. The center was new, clean, and welcoming, but most importantly, it felt warm and open. The director even took the time to meet with us outside of working hours and personally gave us a full tour. In that moment, I felt in my heart that my child would be safe and happy here. After discussing everything with my husband, we returned to speak with the director and arranged for our daughter, Solomiia, to attend for a trial month to see how she would adapt. She kindly agreed, we completed all the paperwork, and my husband was also very impressed with the center. From the very first day, we felt a strong connection. Now my daughter has been attending this daycare for two years and is already in the older group. I am truly happy and often share my experience with my Ukrainian friends, relatives back in Ukraine, and others. I am deeply grateful that this developmental center came into our lives at exactly the right time. Throughout our entire journey, I have always felt supported. I often heard the words: “Yulia, you are not alone — we are working together.” This means so much, especially for me as an immigrant. This daycare truly supports my child’s social and emotional development. She also receives additional support from a therapist, and it is very important to me that the center collaborates with different programs, provides guidance, and genuinely cares about each child’s individual needs. The director is an incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive person who always listens, supports, and offers guidance. This level of care is truly priceless. The teachers are friendly, patient, and deeply caring. My daughter, Solomiia, has some challenges with naps — while other children sleep, she sometimes prefers to stay awake and play. The teachers handle this with great patience and dedication, gently helping her rest and understanding how important sleep is for her development. The teamwork between me, the teachers, and the therapists has led to significant progress in my child’s development. This means everything to me. I am sharing my experience with an open and grateful heart. I truly feel blessed that we found this daycare when we needed it most. If you are looking for a safe, nurturing, and high-quality childcare center with caring teachers and strong leadership, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. You will feel the genuine love and dedication from the staff from the very first moment.
Юлія ТкаченкоApr 15, 2026I’ve had such a great experience with this daycare. I really appreciate how they consistently plan fun and engaging activities almost every month. Most importantly, my daughter has been thriving since attending. I’ve noticed positive growth in her development, and It makes me so happy to see her excited and doing well! Thank you Ms. Marylin , Elia, Jazlyn, Ms. Cordero all of you for everything you put into our kids.
Diana GarciaApr 13, 2026As a mother, I trusted this daycare to provide a safe and supportive environment for my child, especially because my son was one of the very first children enrolled when the daycare first opened. Unfortunately, my experience raised multiple serious concerns. On one occasion, when picking up my son before there was a door bell outside you had to either call or knock loudly on the windows. I was outside about 7 mins with no response. Finally when a teacher came out with him he was crying and had a deep scratch from the bottom of his eye down to his cheek. His nails were trimmed, and no clear explanation was ever provided. Another time, he had marks on his arm consistent with someone squeezing him tightly. The daycare documented the marks with photos but stated they could not determine who or when it happened due to the lack of cameras in the facility. I never felt like I had a clear answer so I continued to ask questions and revisit this frustrating scenario as it bothered me as a mother the director asked me “ and how do I know that wasn’t from you?” I will never forget those words or the feeling of seeking help, but their interest was more of protecting themselves than actually helping me. Each time an incident occurred, there was no accountability or clear follow up only explanations that it was likely a mistake or accident. Although the owner attempted to look into the concerns, communication from the director consistently lacked clarity or resolution. More concerning, this week my son’s therapist observed teachers showing impatience toward him, particularly during potty training. After the therapist reported these concerns to me, once again I brought my concerns to the director seeking help and clarification of what was going on with my son at this daycare. That same day that therapist was removed from the center instead of the issue being addressed. I also personally witnessed concerning behavior in the classroom. On one occasion, I walked into the classroom and found my son crying nervously while saying that the teacher was mad at him. I also noticed that when I arrived for pickup, the teacher often raised her voice at students and rushed them at the end of the school day, which created an uncomfortable environment for the children. Ultimately, after raising these concerns in an effort to advocate for my child and gain a clear understanding of what was happening, both my son’s therapist and I were asked to leave the daycare due to the director’s discomfort with the situation. At no point did the director proactively communicate with me about what was happening inside the classroom. It is also very disappointing to see what appears to be a sudden influx of five star reviews being posted after recent backlash. Situations involving the safety and well being of children are not a game or a matter of reputation management. These are serious concerns that involve real families and real children. This daycare presents itself as a faith based environment, but in my experience the leadership did not reflect the care, accountability, or compassion that parents expect when entrusting others with their children. Due to the seriousness of these concerns, this matter will be investigated and addressed through the appropriate legal channels. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this daycare.
_CashBlue_Mar 13, 2026Love this daycare. Always nice kind and well spoken. My daughter has been attending for awhile now. And have dealt with nothing but good things. Always doing fun and exciting things for the kids to dress up have fun and be a part of something. The owner and staff are all amazing. And I couldn’t ask for anything better.
Alyssa OrtizMar 13, 2026My son has been at this daycare for a year, and I can’t say enough good things. He has truly thrived thanks to the caring staff. They’ve gone above and beyond, even providing training to support children with different needs, like my son, who’s on the autism spectrum. The sense of community and care feels like family. I’m truly grateful for all they’ve done! If you see anything negative out there, it is to attack an establishment that provides nothing but the greatest care and support.
Myrna SotoMar 13, 2026My son has been at this daycare for almost a year and we love our daycare and teachers. They take very good care of our kids and make sure they are safe taken care of and well fed. My son has learned so much being here and he’s learning more everyday. Thank you so much for the best care of our kids
