My LO is thriving with the love of Ms. Andrea, Ms Diana, Ms. Ivanna. Truly couldn't have asked for a better team. They re-taught her how to take the bottle within a week and have so many activities for infants from day 1. Truly professional and highly recommend this place.
Peter MunFeb 19, 2024Unfortunately this center created more negative experiences than positive. They say they accept foster children but don't have a clue about the process, paperwork or rules. They signed off on a DCFS form that stated they wouldn't charge the foster parent the difference, but charged several hundred dollars despite their agreement. Completely unorganized and money hungry. Fees on top of fees for nonsense. Extremely rude and short demeanor, while being unkind to the families who keep them in business! I gave 1 star because I appreciated some of the activities they did with my child but overall a negative experience. It's a business, not a kind, loving home away from home for your chid. $100 supply fee for an infant?! They even kept some of our things after disenrolling. Ridiculous! Beware of the scams here!
