  • Avoid them at all costs, when something happens to your child under their care they won’t take accountability but will gas light you then throw your child out of the program.! Because you took action.! The director says she doesn’t retaliate against family for going to DCFS on them but she does.! She did it too me.! My bby was not in their program for 5/6 months last year and they was still getting paid by the state for her.! IF YOU CAN GO TO ANOTHER SCHOOL PLEASE DO AVOID THEM AT ALL COST THEN THE CENTER ALWAYS SMELLS LIKE SOILD DIAPERS The picture below is what happened to my daughter and instead of them taking accountability they passed the blame to her and the kid she was playing with. I never received an incident report on this I was told she had no hair missing and it was not an emergency by the Director kendra

  • They suspended 3year olds for 2 weeks. Don’t even take your kids here if you want to keep your job. I dont condone to kids misbehaving but it’s funny to me that twice out of the year when MLH were short staff, my kids are sent home almost everyday. They originally split my twins into different classes to better control them. Which was working, well at least they weren’t calling me to pick them up. Them being short on staff they put them back in the same class and the calls started again. Mind you they’re paid for the whole year. I don’t believe my kids are angels but when the behavior is only an issue when they’re at daycare something seems off. I believe they don’t have enough staff and the ones they have are not qualified to watch kids. They called me to come back after I dropped them off to redirect the twins. When I got there the teacher was literally crying tears because my child was running away from them instead of washing her hands. The last director told me the job was becoming too much and quit 3 days later. That being said they’ll rather send your kids home because they’re already paid. Mothers little helpers are not here to help they’re looking for easy money.

  • Kendra has many DCFS reports against her, and has MANY licensing violations (over 20 in the last few months) I would not recommend this facility for anyone!!!! The management and communication is terrible. Kendra (the owner) is immature and rude, she goes from 0-10 out of nowhere and takes out her anger on parents. Shes left both of my kids without care multiple times and my daughter has been sent home with marks and bruises and no incident reports multiple times. We received a message asking if children would be in attendance tomorrow (Monday), we responded “they will not be attending” and they deleted us and removed us in less than 24 hours and “gave away” their spots and refused to fix the mistake they made, Kendra just doesn’t like my kids.. there was plenty of availability. She has on MANY occasions failed as not only a daycare provider but just as a decent human being.
