  • We are so happy with our son's daycare experience and truly can't say enough good things about the infant room staff. Our son is so well cared for every day, and it gives us such peace of mind knowing he is surrounded by people who genuinely love and care about him. While all of the infant teachers have been wonderful, we especially want to recognize Mrs. Lakisha and Ms. Monet, who work with him every day. They have played such a big role in helping him grow over the past year. They celebrate his milestones, care for him like he's their own, and always keep us updated on his day. Overall at every level of care at the Gardner school from assistants to admin we are so happy and grateful!

  • Our experience with this daycare has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear that the staff genuinely care about the children and are dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. My son's teachers were wonderful!! The teachers and caregivers are warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. They take the time to get to know each child individually and consistently go above and beyond to support their development and well-being. The administration team is equally impressive. They are organized, responsive, and always willing to answer questions or address concerns with kindness and transparency. The facilities are outstanding. They are clean, well-maintained, secure, and thoughtfully designed to encourage learning, creativity, and play. As a parent, there is no greater comfort than knowing your child is happy, safe, and thriving. This daycare has exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are incredibly grateful for the positive impact they have had on our family. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional childcare.

  • Enrolling our daughter at TGS was the best decision we made. In just a year we saw an exponential growth in her development. The teachers truly care and it shows. I’d recommend them to everyone! Sad we had to leave due to a move, but will always remember the impact they made.

  • About a few weeks ago, I spoke with school coordinator, Kim Tau, to ask her about enrollment for my 2 year old son. She was beyond enthusiastic and professional. Today, I called the school and wanted to get in touch with Kim, but Becca picked up instead. I cannot believe that Kim and Becca work in the same place, because Becca was beyond rude. I asked her if I could schedule an in-person tour to meet the teachers before I enroll my 2 year old son, but she snarkily tells me that it would not be possible because all teachers are busy and cannot stop working just to “talk to any parents”even if it means greeting them. She said that prospective parents can only meet teachers if the parent has confirmed enrollment. Unfortunately, what Becca said contradicts the school website because on the home page, it states, “Schedule a tour today to meet our teachers and see why families in Schaumburg love TGS!” If upper management sees this review, please speak to Becca about her lack of professionalism.

  • As a teacher and former principal, I understand firsthand the daily challenges that administrators and teachers face. Having my children attend three different Gardner Schools over the past few years, I can confidently say that this leadership team works together better than any I’ve experienced. As a parent, what I value most about my school administration experience is feeling **informed, respected, and included**. Becca, Emma, and Kim truly make the school feel like one big happy family. I appreciate the clear and timely communication—knowing what’s going on at the school, important dates, and any changes without having to chase information. When I reach out with a question or concern, someone always responds thoughtfully and follows through. No matter who you speak with—Becca, Emma, or Kim—you receive the same information, which speaks volumes about how well they communicate and function as a **great team**. I also value how approachable and visible the administrators are. They’re not just names on emails. This builds trust and reassures me that decisions are always made with students’ best interests in mind and that parent feedback is welcomed and valued. Most of all, this positive administration experience gives me real peace of mind, knowing my children are in a school where adults are organized, caring, and truly working together. As for the teachers, morale at this school is clearly high—no small feat when working with children every day. What I love about The Gardner School Schaumburg experience is that it feels **supportive and balanced**. The teachers genuinely know the children and care about their well-being, not just academically but as individuals. Both of my children enjoy learning because lessons feel meaningful and engaging, especially when classes are interactive. I also love the strong sense of community—my children talk about their friends at home, which says everything. The structure of the day gives them rhythm, helps them stay motivated, and supports their growth. Overall, my experience reassures me that my children are growing, supported, and being prepared for what’s next—not just getting through the day.

  • Writing this review in hopes of helping future families. We recently moved closer to the city, but TGS Schaumburg truly set the bar high when it came to daycare. We were hesitant to start daycare after keeping our little one home for the first year, especially after touring other schools in the area. That changed the moment we walked into TGS. We immediately felt at ease, and even our 15-month-old opened up during the tour. After meeting the teachers and observing the classroom, we knew this was the right choice. A huge thank you to Ms. A and Ms. S for taking such wonderful care of our little one—she was always genuinely happy to go to school. Thank you as well to Ms. Becca, Emma, and Kim for running such a warm, well-organized facility. It was bittersweet to say goodbye after almost a year. Highly recommend TGS Schaumburg to any family looking for a caring and welcoming daycare.
