  • Where do I even begin? Absolutely DO NOT take your kids here if you want to deal with unprofessional owners and neglect towards your child. I knew it was time to pull my son out of their daycare after he was showing signs of intense fear being dropped off there each morning. He has been returned to me more than once with unexplained scratches on his face, bitten by other children three times during his time here, and left to nap in a soiled BM diaper, not once, but TWO days in a row; which resulted in a diaper rash. When I expressed these concerns to management, the only reassurance I was given was that they would check his diaper more often. The second day I had picked him up from his nap in a soiled BM diaper, his BM had leaked out of his diaper and his shorts were visibly soiled. Now you can’t tell me that these caregivers were not aware of this when his shorts were visibly soiled and the smell was strong enough that I immediately could smell BM all over him when I went to pick him up off his cot. The three times my child had been bitten by other children, I was never notified. I had to find this out through a “Boo Boo Note” that they uploaded onto their Procare App. Due to a change in my family’s circumstances, I very politely notified the owner, Iva, that my son would not be returning and asked that she let me know if she needed me to do anything on my end to officially unenroll my son. Her response was “we require a two week notice.” I informed her that a two week notice is not required by law at any company; rather, it’s just a common courtesy that individuals can provide if they want to remain in good standing. I informed her that my husband and I would not be paying for two weeks of childcare for days that my son would NOT be attending. After this encounter, Iva, blocked me from any further contact on the Procare app. Talk about professional! These people do not care about your children, they only care about money. She had nothing to say regarding my son’s unenrollment besides that she needed two weeks notice. My son HATED it here and I knew something had to be going on when I would walk in to drop him off and other children were expressing the same emotions my son did each morning. TAKE YOUR CHILDREN ELSEWHERE!

  • My son has been going to Kid’s Castle since he was 3 months old, back in August 2025. As every mom knows, it’s hard to leave your child in the hands of others. Be rest assured that your child is in good hands. The staff are loving and hardworking. They take time to check with you and address the needs of your child. They go above and beyond in building meaningful relationships with the children, making it feel like a home away from home. They are quick to respond on the Procare app and let you know when you are running low on supplies. I also appreciate the variety of foods my son is exposed to as he’s gotten older. I look forward to the pictures and videos of my child daily. My son has benefited tremendously by being around other peers and adults happy to see him. There is so much thought into all the crafts and activities they do each day. We have so many cute and fun art projects, even for a 4 month old! They also hold fun spirit weeks and I just recently attended Muffins with Moms which gave me the opportunity to spend time with the other children and moms at Kid’s Castle. I also want to give a special shout out to Miss Keisha. She does an incredible job of being present with the infants and making sure all their needs are met. You can tell how much she cares for children by the way she recalls stories of their times together and how the children are excited to see her. Also shout out to Miss Laura who helps out in the afternoons and works hard to make sure all the kids are well taken care of. My son is now with infant/todds and I can tell Miss Ramirez has a great rapport with my son as well. There are no complaints. We plan on continuing our daycare journey with Kid’s Castle.

  • We really enjoyed sending our son here. He was in the toddler room and Miss Dawn was great with him. We loved getting the updates and pictures throughout the day on their Procare app.

  • Loved the place! My kid was the happiest every day while being there. Management is great, teachers are very warm. Learned a lot! They go outside to play very often and had lots of fun.
