  • I pulled my kids from here after my oldest mentioned that she was getting screamed at by teachers (to which I had also noticed upon pick up amd drop off) and the assistant director saying "you listen to me because I'm the boss." Once I notified the director (Natalie) that I was pulling them due to multiple state write-ups and open DCS cases, she didn't respond.

  • Some teachers are great here, but after I saw the attitude the director had towards me and my son while discussing his potty training I had to pull him out. Natalie does not respect the parents and I was shocked at the attitude she had towards us. I could not in good conscious keep my son here. If this is the kind of treatment my son gets over a miscommunication on his potty training (play2learn's fault) I can not even imagine what would happen over a serious issue. I was completely shocked at how unprofessional Natalie is. I do not recommend taking your kids here.

  • I highly recommend passing this daycare up on your child care search. I cannot believe this center hasn't been shut down or had multiple lawsuits yet. My youngest attended for a few months, but after having nothing but problems we thank fully spoke to a teacher who let us know how badly the director runs the center and treats children and teachers alike. We pulled him quickly and have never looked back. My child came home starving daily. Bite marks, scratches, bruises and no explanation which we were later told teachers are told to notkeep parents informed on things like children being hurt. I had a gut feeling when I toured but we were in a bind and the teacher my child would be with seemed happy and caring for the children in the room. Just in the short time we used this daycare there were many state violations found during their inspections. The final straw was an interaction with the director herself which was alarming and has always stuck with me especially now knowing this center is still open. She seems to be on some kind of substance and shows extremelt alarming behavior as well as zero interest or care for children safety or parent concerns. I woukd never recommend this facility stay far away
