Primrose School at Grand Park

We enrolled with Primrose Westfield in August 2025 while expecting our baby in December. We were told we could tentatively secure an infant classroom spot for July 2026 and were required to put down a large deposit to hold that place. Due to health concerns, we only needed to delay his start date by five months, which would make him about one year old and moving into the toddler classroom instead of the infant room. Despite this small and very reasonable adjustment, we were told we would forfeit our entire deposit, have to pay a brand-new deposit, and that the earliest toddler availability wouldn’t be until August 2027. So even after planning nearly a year in advance and paying a large deposit, there is essentially zero flexibility for normal life or health circumstances. Losing your deposit simply because your child ages into the next classroom feels unreasonable and unfair. On top of that, tuition is around $2,600 per month, which makes the lack of flexibility and customer care even harder to justify. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly encourage other parents to carefully review the deposit and scheduling policies before committing.

My daughter was there on opening day in 2020, and is headed to kindergarten next week, I also have 2 younger kids still at Primrose, and we can’t say enough good things. A lot of the teachers and staff are like family and it is such a great environment that my girls have THRIVED in. 10/10 this is the place to take your kids.

We have had a wonderful experience at Primrose since enrolling our two children. Professional staff with low turnover. Primrose provides stability for us and our children which we didn't have at our previous daycare. We appreciate the continuous communication and the care and concern from teachers and staff. Their Pre-K classrooms have great teachers and do a fantastic job preparing the kids for kindergarten. We feel our children are in a safe and enriching environment and are happy to recommend Primrose to other parents.

We had an amazing experience at Primrose Grand Park. The director and her staff are amazing and do a great job communicating with the parents. We also loved our daughter’s teachers and felt comfortable dropping her with them everyday and knew she would be loved and taken care of. Ms. Aldjia and Ms. Cherie treated our daughter like family and she was always happy to see them when we dropped her off. The only reason we’re leaving primrose is because we’re moving, and finding another daycare that lives up to this one is proving to be very difficult! We highly recommend this school.

They've created an environment where we feel valued not merely as customers, but as true partners in our child's educational journey.
