  • We love GQCC! As a first time parent I was nervous about sending my child to daycare, but the warm, caring, dedicated staff and teachers at GQCC made the transition easy. Great hours, reasonable rates, and many long time teachers which is always a good sign! Wonderful enrichment opportunities including music, yoga, indoor/outdoor play spaces. I would recommend GQCC to any parent looking for childcare in the Quincy area.

  • We began our journey at GQCC in the Infant Room and now have a happy, energetic, and curious Toddler who truly loves attending the center. We are grateful to have found such a strong and supportive community of teachers, administrators, and local families. The staff are creative, caring, and highly attentive, consistently designing thoughtful, developmentally appropriate activities and programs. The center operates year-round from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., eliminating the need for additional aftercare or summer programs. Tuition is transparent, with no hidden fees, and includes a full meal plan and three additional enrichment activities. Although our child can be a picky eater at home, he has become much more willing to try new foods at daycare. GQCC also offers a large playground and is conveniently located near a highway exit. Our child receives Early Intervention services, and the staff have been exceptional in collaborating with EI providers and expanding strategies to support regulation and sensory development. Teachers are always accessible for check-ins, and we regularly receive photos and updates about daily activities. GQCC is a wonderful center with caring, attentive, and professional staff. We highly recommend it.

  • GQCC is truly a hidden gem in Quincy. I’ve been a parent here for two years and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Our child is always excited to go, and we feel completely confident that they are receiving exceptional care and a truly enriching experience. The teachers and staff consistently go above and beyond to create a warm, magical environment for the children, and we are incredibly grateful for all that they do. 10/10 recommend this place!

  • Greater Quincy Childcare Center (GQCC) has been a wonderful place for our child. The administration and teachers are warm, attentive, and encouraging, and the center has a genuine sense of community. Before our child entered the daycare system, I didn’t fully realize how meaningful that kind of environment could be, but we’ve truly felt supported at GQCC. Our child has flourished in confidence and ability while attending, and I would highly recommend this center to any parents seeking childcare.

  • My son recently joined the toddlers room at Greater Quincy Child Care. The Little Caterpillars teachers & GQCCC administration are fantastic, engaging and keep us informed of my son’s progress throughout the day. As first time parents, we feel extremely lucky to have gotten him into such a wonderful school at 15 months old. We know he will continue to thrive and flourish in this special learning environment.

  • Great school. My oldest daughter went there from 2 years old up to kindergarten (long time ago). For my two youngest, each of them was put on the waitlist the moment they were born. I wouldn't even entertain the idea of looking for a different school. Even when we couldn't get the spot we simply just waited. I can't imagine a better environment for my children. Great teachers! It is always only about well-being of children. (and sanity of parents, i get pictures of my kids every day and messages from the staff on how they doing) They learn a lot, they play. Classrooms are spacious. Their own playground is just awesome! Staff is also courageously working through COVID-19 pandemic right now and keeping their doors opened which is a big deal for working families.
