Happy Feet Preschool

My kids have been coming here since 2019 when my oldest started and we have no plans to change schools with our younger kids. They always come home happy, and the staff is great! If I’ve ever had a questions or concerns the staff and Lindsay the owner are quick to respond and get the answer to whatever I might be looking for.

Now that Lindsey is the owner, Happy Feet is very clean and the new staff is caring, kind, and patient. She is very accommodating and answers phone calls and emails promptly. It is also nice to see that they wear uniforms now instead of street clothes some of which was inappropriate. The new staff are always doing fun, new activities with the kids and parents can see that on their facebook page and website. We are very happy at Happy Feet :)

I would like to start by informing all that Happy Feet is now under new ownership and is a completely different atmosphere then it once was! I have three children one of my older children now age nine had attended Happy Feet ( for a VERY short time) while under it's previous ownership. My husband and I were far from impressed mostly do to their "whatever dress code". Some clothing should just not be worn by teachers and honestly we were shocked it was allowed! My youngest child now age four had never been to a preschool and was in dire need of socialization but money was always the issue and let's face it you just can't beat Happy Feet prices but due to past experiences I was extreamly reluctant. I called and was happy to hear that it was under new owner ship and the price fit my budget! On his first day ( mind u he was very nervous) he was greeted with the smiling faces of children and teachers. He entered circle time and was allowed to introduce himself to the other children. I sat and watched him for few minutes while the teacher started teaching about letters and I was impressed by his teaching method! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a caring well taught and organized pre school to come join the Happy Feet family! Everyday my son comes home telling me how much fun he had and what he learned and tells me he loves school! He tells me his teacher is "awesome" and that he loves his new school! WAY TO GO HAPPY FEET WE LOVE OUR SCHOOL AND IT'S TEACHERS!!!!

The last 6 months my boys 4 years old have been going to Happy feet preschool and it has been great. They do a lot of fun learning activities with the kids. The director Lindsey has been accessible, actively involved, and helpful. They came from a city head start program so we were nervous about tranfering but it was a seamless transfer, the boys are safe, thriving, and happy for boy's their age that's not always easy! All the staff and volunteers are friendly. Oh and they've been working on the building improving it so it's looking better every week! We love happy feet preschool!

Before my daughter started at Happy Feet she was at an in-home day care after being home with me for almost a year of her life. The woman at the home day care told me my daughter needed too much attention and that it just wasn't going to work out. She just quit. My daughter is a baby!! No kidding she needs attention. That's how they learn! Thankfully happy feet had an opening and could accommodate the scheduling I needed! I have no bad things to say.. Everyday I'd pick her up from the previous sitter, she'd be crying her eyes out, and when i'd ask what's wrong, the sitter would say "she's just been like this all day".. at happy feet my daughter is thriving! Smiling, playing, dancing, and learning those important social skills we all need in life. I'm a firm believer in things happen for a reason and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Recommend Happy Feet to everyone I know that's looking for childcare!
