Second Home Child Care

Amazing place! The staff are angels & care so much for the children. My daughter has been attending second home since October and she has thrived so much in such a short time. They truly care about families and are always around to answer questions without judgment or hesitation to answer. I definitely recommend this place & my husband and I can't say enough wonderful things about it.

As a first time Mom I was so nervous to send my child to daycare. Nothing more important than your little one! I visited multiple places and Second Home was the only place where I felt confident. Right from the start Michelle and the other teachers put not only my son but also me at ease. My son has learned so much already in the short five months he has been there. The staff truly cares about the children and has a very warm atmosphere. And they are CLEAN!!! (Something that should be obvious but isn’t at other places I visited.) We truly love Second Home Childcare.

As a first time mom we were nervous to send our son to daycare for many reasons, particularly because he is difficult to get to sleep and takes awhile to bond with others. Miss Debbie has been the most patient and nurturing teacher since the beginning, taking the time to form a bond with our son and celebrating every milestone along the way. My son smiles every time we pull into the parking lot, and cries to leave when my husband picks him up at the end of the day. I couldn't recommend SHCC enough!

This childcare center has been a blessing! All of the teachers are so involved with my child, no matter which room she is enrolled in. I love the fact that they send updates and pictures throughout the entire day. It is exactly what I need, as a first time mother , to make me smile while at work. My daughter talks about her day at school all of the time! She sings their daily songs & talks about the activities from school at home! Very glad I found Second Home Childcare! I 100% recommend.

Everything happens for a reason! First time mom here, and just when we started looking for daycare for our son, and nothing else in the area impressed, Second Home Child Care, in Swansea, opened and we couldn't be happier! Everyone is absolutely wonderful, highly educated and made the transition to daycare, for all of us, so smooth! I have never been so reassured by strangers, that my son is in the very best of care. Yes, it's brand new, and impeccably designed, but more importantly, my son is thriving. He is constantly learning new skills and excited to be there with his new friends and teachers who are more like family. I absolutely love the level of communication here, whether it be the mundane moments of diaper changes and naps or the fun photos and videos of outdoor time, gross motor skills or art/ music time. I never feel like I don't know what's going on all day. There will be many times in my son's life where I question whether I made the right decision and I assure you sending him here will not be one of them! We are so very happy to be a part of this Second Home and proud of all their success. If you are looking for a safe place with the very best care, look no further!
