I cannot say enough good things about HWG. My son attended HWG from the time he was 2 up until when he transitioned to kindergarten. We loved the staff there and miss them so much. Ms. Joyce, Ms. Desiree, Ms, Kim, Ms. Mary, Ms. Tarsha and Ms. Beverly- played a huge role in. helping my child grow and thrive. He still asks about the teachers there and the things they've done there. I cannot recommend them enough!

1 star is too many!! The Child has attended this daycare for maybe a few months and can I say how horrible the experience has been?!?! From the incompetent teachers or whatever they call themselves, to the missed feedings, soaked clothing sent home in urine and missed diaper changes, missing personal belongings, dirty snotty faces, baby ALWAYS sick, feeding food and snacks not sent in or not permitted by parent, breaching the contract entirely by using their mobile devices to take pics or facetime people with the child in view of the camera!!!!!!! (Yes, the staff is STILL employed there) The list can go on and on. Keep in mind The child started the daycare at 5-6 months old (infant). Complaints were made to the director repeatedly & staff members, even written step by step instructions on how the child is fed, changed etc. Still everything was WRONG!! After so many complaints and months of waiting for another facility to open up their waitlist, the child was finally removed. This place really needs more experienced and TRAINED individuals working there. Staff couldn't tell the difference from a diaper wipe, and a nose/hands/body wipe that clearly states it on the packaging. It was disappointing because the location was very convenient, but the service was lousy. Unless you don't care or are desperate, I don't recommend this place for babies or children who are not verbal and cant tell you what really takes place here. Unprofessional staff who are clearly not knowledgeable of childcare.

Horrible school miss Joyce allowed her unhinged and not license student teacher to mistreat my non verbal 2 year old .

If I could give 0 stars, I would. It’s pretty upsetting how a 2 year old was treated. I have a 3 year old and I can only imagine how I would feel if that happened to my son. This daycare should be shut down and Amy should be punished for what she did. I do not recommend this daycare to anyone. Putting tape over a kids mouth is horrible, when I heard the story I was almost in tears.
