Highly recommend!! My daughter now 2 1/2 has been going to NVCC full time since 5 months and we have had nothing but a great and supportive experience. She is excited to go everyday with a big smile on her face. Baby sister will be joining her there shortly. The staff are engaging, communicative, flexible and provide a family like atmosphere. I feel very comfortable and happy with my children being there.
Jaime MorganSep 18, 2025I cannot say enough good things about NVCC. We’ve been with them for the past 7 years since our oldest was three months old (we have two and our youngest is about to move up to their Pre-K class). They say it takes a village and NVCC has been our village. The quality of care is second to none. Their teachers have been there for years and some for decades. That is nearly unheard of in childcare but speaks to their program and quality. NVCC and their teachers have helped both my children become kind, caring, and intelligent little kids. The teachers are like family to them. Even my 7 year old loves to go with me to pickup her sister each day to see her old teachers. I always know my kids are safe and loved when at NVCC. It is a hidden gem and a wonderful community. When my youngest moves up to kindergarten it will be so sad having to leave them. We will never be able to thank them enough for all the love and care they’ve provided our children.
Jackie KerrJun 21, 2024I first would like to start off with the good: some staff who have been teaching at the center, have been teacher's here for years. The bad: staff members are condescending, non-supportive and lack empathy for children. My child was the only child of color at the center and they didn't recognize Black History Month or Juneteenth but celebrated all other holidays. When I brought this to their attention, Heather, the assistant director's response was: " oh, we will be mindful of that next time." This place truly is non representative of a diverse culture, and the world we live in. I was appalled to know that one of the teachers, whom have been there for over 10+ years made a racist statement to another staff, only for this staff member to notify me. What makes matters worse, is that the owner minimizes the parents concerns and makes excuses for her staff's behavior. If you love your child, and want them to feel included, especially children of color AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. - Victoria B.
Victoria BissaintheApr 14, 2023Neponset Valley Child Care is a hidden gem delivering value where it matters most to families all while keeping costs down as much as possible. This is the third child care center for my oldest son. He started out in a Montessori child care center that was onsite at my office and then attended a Primrose. Both carried significantly higher tuition rates. While the Primrose had brand new materials and a pristine campus, our son was always shuffled around, and I felt like no one really got to know our family. At Neponset Valley Child Care, EVERYONE (teachers, staff, parents, kids) know both of my children (3 and 1) by name. I know they are getting the care and attention that they need. At Primrose, the entire staff were young women just out of college and there was tons of turnover. At Neponset Valley Child Care, the staff have years and years of experience at the center and in some cases even decades. I feel very fortunate that we discovered them. We're moving and I'm very sad to go.
Corry RootNov 25, 2019This place is horrible , especially for young babies , we has our son there when he was 7 mo old and he got treated very poorly , they neglected him and let him cry for hours . When I had the feeling that something wrong I came in surprise and stayed by the door without the teachers hearing me and I heard the horrible words they spoke toward my baby, they let him cry and raised their voice at him to stop crying , they got mad when he wanted to play instead of eating , it's even hard for me to repeat the horror words they used . Took me now more then 6 mo to be able to sit down and write this review ! If you love your child don't ever ever put him / her at this place . NEED to be closed !!!!!!!!
