Sunny Bear Academy

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this daycare! Both of my daughters have attended, my oldest years ago and my youngest for over a year now. The staff is incredibly caring and professional, and the environment is always warm and welcoming.

We absolutely love Sunny Bear! My daughter started here at 6 mos and is now almost 2yo. From day one she has received excellent and loving care. She is thrilled to see her teachers at drop-off and she brings home lots of crafts, songs, and stories. With their help, she learned to walk and talk early and she now has a huge vocabulary for her age. The staff has been easy to work with through the ups and downs of infancy and toddlerhood (nap changes, transitioning to solids, illness, new behaviors, etc). It makes me so happy to entrust my daughter to experienced staff who enjoy caring for her! We plan to send our second child to Sunny Bear and we highly recommend this center to other parents as well.

We had the pleasure of visiting Sunny Bear Academy two years ago. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were not only professional but also genuinely caring and attentive. It was clear how much love and dedication they put into their work.

People drop off their kids often park right on the sidewalk. Forcing pedestrians AND other children to walk onto Green Street. Green Street is a busy street, so not only those car owners force other people and children to walk on a street with a lot of traffic, pedestrians also get a good whiff of the exhaust from the cars’ rear end. Owner of the business not once came out of the daycare to check the situation during drop off/pickup time, or advise the car owners to park further into the parking lot.

Sunny Bear takes great care of our daughter! We love that it is a spanish immersion program so that she can learn English and Spanish while she's young. It's nestled in a central area in JP very close to an MBTA station and bike path. The staff is very friendly and greets us with a warm Buenos Dias in the morning and Hasta manana in the evening. I recommend that you consider Sunny Bear for your day care!
