My son had his first birthday party at this location and I can’t rave about how amazing the staff and space was. The facility is clean, the staff was so kind and accommodating and most importantly the kids had a BLAST! I loved that the teenagers had fun as well! Such a great first birthday! I would 100% recommend this party place for your children.
Briana ThezardMay 17, 2026We recently celebrated my daughter’s 4th birthday at Kidz City, and it was an amazing experience. From the start, the staff was incredibly attentive. They called ahead to go over details and even let me drop off decorations beforehand, which made the day so much easier. I only brought a small mermaid decoration package from Amazon, but the way they set everything up with their tablecloths, backdrops, and table settings made it look absolutely beautiful. The party room was clean and spacious, and the play area was perfect (not overcrowded), even with another party happening. The kids had plenty of space to play and everyone had a great time. There was a small issue with the 360 photo booth not working, but the staff handled it so well. They offered a discount, invited us back to use it another time, and gave us free play passes. That level of customer service really stood out. Overall, such a great experience.10 out of 10, highly recommend!

Not only are they very patient, but they are also very accommodating, kind, and have a genuine care for the experience of both the kids and the parents. I have recommended this place to several people, and they have begun booking parties and planning their next visit. I felt so seen by the staff and my son said that this was the best day of his life, which is always a plus! Kidz City is very clean, and safe! If you’re looking for a place to take your kids where they can play and you can have some time to sit back, please book here! Till next time Kidz City and thank you all again!!!!

Samuel SneadDec 23, 2025Our 5-yr-old birthday boy and all of our guests had a fabulous time at our party here. So much to do for every age level from 1-7. I appreciated that we could bring extra food beyond pizza since it was dinner time for everyone. The party room is BIG so the parents aren't all crammed in like some places we've been to!! The only improvement that could be made is that currently the business does not have any "real birthday party" marketing photos available to preview on their website- so you don't really know what it's going to look like when you sign up for a party.
Kerry McQOct 22, 2025A new indoor playground in Upper Marlboro. Very clean and very organized. I went yesterday with my son to let him run around and play. Decent sized indoor playground! Has a soccer/hockey court as well as a little basketball court. Tons of toys and areas for kids to play with. They also had some refreshments and snacks for sale. Both the bathrooms have baby diaper changing stations as well. Kinda tucked away in a small industrial office area.
