I just love having my son there with you guys. He transitioned well and we could not have done that withthe care and concern of your staff. You guys have been nothing but accomodating to our sudden change in needing daycare. I appreciate all that you do and love the environment of safety and belonging that you have given us in just this short amount of time. Marquida Gaskins - PQDBApr 29, 2025Both of my kids have attended LA Learning Center, and it truly is a daycare that treats your child as if they are their own. My daughter went there for two years before starting preschool, and my infant son is currently enrolled. We’ve been to both locations, and the attention and love shown at both locations remains consistent. I truly credit LA Learning Center to the maturity and development of my children, and the pictures throughout the day shows us how much fun our baby is having! They are great at keeping parents informed, and are receptive to feedback. We recommend them to everyone!!
Lonnita BelkApr 11, 2025Our son has been attending LA learning center for a couple weeks. He had left and came back due to personal reasons. Since being back they have been great! My son has level 2 autism and can be challenging at times, the staff has worked with him to help him adjust to the new routine and accommodating the way he learns. We are very happy so far!
Joe McNuttApr 10, 2025My children have been attending LA center for learning for a little over a year. My son started when it was under a different name. My babies attend now. This is the most caring and loving staff that I’ve ever encountered in my experience with child care. They feel like a second family. They are accommodating and supportive of my children. They are responsive and always ensure the safety of my children. I fully trust the staff and my children actually look forward to going and seeing their teachers. If you’re in the Laplata area and looking for care I highly recommend this facility. They have great programs for the children as well.

They take such care and attention with my child and literally treat him as one of their own family. Mrs. Paige has been so helpful to me as a single parent. It has been an amazing journey to see all the new things my child learns every day and how quickly he has grown and advanced while being enrolled. I HIGHLY recommend POTELC to anyone who is looking for the best place for their child to learn and grow in a safe and caring environment!
david mcafeeFeb 12, 2022My children attended this daycare for 2 years and I would not recommend anyone send their children here. The owner is extremely unprofessional and unstable. She discriminates against kids that do not fit her cookie cutter behavior expectations. My 2 year old son was set to have his therapist from the infants and toddlers program come out to offer support and recommendations since he was having trouble with tantrums (typical 2 year old behavior) and Paige canceled a week before she was set to come and kicked him out of her center instead. Instead of contacting my husband and I to dismiss him from care she sent a long crazy letter personally attacking my family and child to his therapist. That evening I received multiple texts and calls from current and former teachers offering to nanny for my kids because her behavior was so disturbing. I reported this to licensing and they said she 100% should have allowed infants and toddlers to come out to provide support. She sent me videos of my 2 year old crying and the videos are basically of him sitting in a chair crying while she antagonizes him about how he's not sitting 'correctly'. I'm a kindergarten teacher with lots of training in early childhood, special education, and behavior management. I'd steer clear of this center.
