We did not have a great experience in our 3 months with KinderCare in Holland. We were appreciative of the lack of a waiting list, and the ease of registering our child. The staff and teachers did seem to care about the children, but they were clearly overwhelmed and overextended in their jobs. We saw a number of times only 2 teachers in our kid’s class of over 10 students, our child was bitten due to lack of supervision over 5 times in 3 months. Additionally our child always came home dirty, clothes not changed all day long, and a runny nose not cleaned. All of these issues could have been avoided with better staff management. There is a new director now and we hope that solves some of the issues, but they are likely indicators of the larger systemic problems of for-profit daycare in the United States to some degree, so I would not hold out hope. We will not be returning to any KinderCare center ever in the future.
Colleen “Zineb” DaleySep 29, 2025I am a teacher, so I will admit that I am selective when it comes to the care of my son. He has has been attending this Kindercare location for over 2 years now. We absolutely love it! The director/staff are incredible friendly. Communication is top notch via phone calls and their app. The teachers genuinely have cared about my son and his development. I appreciate getting regular updates all throughout the day on how he is doing. Attention to detail is top notch. Thank you!
Beth NykerkAug 5, 2025I've had my kids in this daycare since we moved from Louisiana to Michigan my daughter just left a year ago and my son is still there I've had many great experiences here as well as a few minor bumps like most places but my kids where and still is very much cared for at Kindercare. I can honestly say if anything happened with my kids I was called and even contacted beyond that because of the relationships I built with my kids teachers they love my kids and some give a little extra love that I truly appreciate. The staff is very welcoming and is easy to communicate with when a problem comes about they try their best to accommodate as much as they can.

My 5 year old is obsessed with all of the toys in the pre k room, my 3 year old is almost done potty training and learning so much from tge teachers, and my 2 year old is having a blast dancing and playing wither her friends. I've had nothing but a great experience from kindercare. I'm also a teacher there in tge toddler classrooms. But my children started there before I started working there and they loved it the second they walked through the doors. My preschooler loves her teachers so much that she has ti tell tge work that their her best friends!
Michelle GibsonMar 25, 2025The staff is so loving and kind, it's like leaving my son with a relative. They are very trustworthy. They are quick to respond to any concerns I have. They have made life easier with going back to work. I look forward to seeing pictures and updates on what my son does through the day. He is only 6 months old, but I can tell he really likes his teachers already. He lights up when he sees them in the morning. They have been a pleasant addition to my village of help!

My child absolutely loves going in every day ❤️ They teach everything under the sun and make it super fun for the kids. Classrooms are well maintained/clean and the playground areas are as well. Applications allow us to see his daily activities including potty trips, meals, playtime, learning, and naps! Would recommend 10/10.
