  • Our child was very uncomfortable here. He never adjusted to the environment. He never slept there. He was ignored and treated poorly. There is no structure there, they just let the children run around and play all day. All of the progress in our child's development was set back by the staff's refusal to teach. It seems as though they only want certain children to be there and everyone else will be ignored.

  • Amazing family oriented learning center. If I could do 10 stars I would. Miss Buckham is a very professional, kind, amazing person. I recommend anyone to take they're kids here.

  • At first, Sprout seemed like the picture-perfect daycare. But we quickly realized that wasn’t the case. The engagement from teachers to children varies from person to person, and more often than not, it’s lacking. In the infant room, it’s rare to see teachers actively engaged or promoting growth in the children. Most of the time, the babies are left in swings, lying on the floor, or placed in a stander. Sprout’s website states that they follow a curriculum, but we found that to be untrue. As our son moved through the different classrooms, the experiences only got worse. Teachers were found yelling at the kids, and on multiple occasions, staff were even physical with children. Those teachers were fired, but only after parents and the state pushed for it. There were also times when staffing was so low that the owner would bring in relatives to watch the kids. Staff turnover is constant, with teachers only lasting a couple of months at most. Due to lack of backing from the owner. When we first enrolled, parents had full access to the camera system all day. But after several reports of teachers being aggressive (caught by parents watching the cameras), the access quickly changed. The owner told us they were switching systems and that parents would only be allowed one hour of viewing per day, claiming this was out of her control. However, when I contacted the camera company directly, they confirmed the time limit was set by the daycare itself. Thankfully, we were able to move our children to another center, and we couldn’t be happier. Our second child, who is one, has developed so much in just a few months. He’s hitting milestones that our oldest—while at Sprout—struggled to reach. With the right care, children truly thrive, and we’ve seen the difference firsthand. Lastly, I would caution parents not to rely on Sprout’s Google rating. The owner frequently incentivizes positive reviews by offering discounts on tuition. Another thing worth mentioning is the reviews. After looking through Sprout’s online ratings, I noticed that most negative reviews were quickly followed by glowing 5-star praises. What’s funny is that many of those “positive” reviews come from the owner’s family and staff members.

  • Julia, the owner has a heart of gold. She serves her community and church family with excellence. She strives to bring in the best staff to care for children in the safest, and most caring environment and it shows. If you are looking for a center to care for your child that is run with excellence and attention to individual children's needs, look no farther.

  • The facility and amenities available at Sprout are top notch. My kids really enjoy the playground, gym and opportunity to participate in Soccer Shots. Classroom time involves a good mix of free play and directed activities. When my kids first attended the center as infants, the lead teacher in that room Ms. Janella, did a fabulous job of making us feel at ease and keeping us informed about how they were doing. Fast forward and now my oldest is in preschool with Miss Stephanie. The way she engages with the kids, makes them feel loved and helps them obtain the knowledge & skills they need to prepare for kindergarten cannot be beat.

  • I have had 3 of my kids with Sprout over the past few years and we couldn't be happier with the care they have received. The teachers genuinely care about the children they're taking care of, and are actively involved in the growth and development. It feels like a family and we know our kids are being taken care of well and are safe when they are there. Would absolutely recommend Sprout.
