  • I highly recommend Compass Child Care. As an early childhood educator, I anticipated that finding a center I truly trusted for my own child would be challenging. However, when I met Katie and her team of teachers, I knew this is where I wanted our daughter to be. They are consistently welcoming, professional, and attentive. The center is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with the monthly themes that create a fun and stimulating environment for the children to learn. I especially appreciate all the pictures I receive throughout the day, which allow me to see my daughter participating in a variety of activities such as art projects, outdoor play, sensory exploration, science projects, reading books, and playing with her friends. I am incredibly grateful to have found such a nurturing environment for our daughter. The staff’s genuine care and dedication to each child are evident in every aspect of the program. Thank you to Katie and the Ramsey team for your continued hard work, commitment, and the positive impact you make on the families enrolled in your center.

  • Compass is the BEST daycare and preschool in Ramsey! Caring teachers and staff have always made us feel welcome. Katie is an amazing director and always has wonderful activities planned for the kids. We love the STEM focused learning as well. Send your kid here if you want them to be prepared for elementary school! I can't say enough good things about Compass!

  • We left another day care center to come to Compass. I am SO happy we made the change. The teachers are great, send lots of pics and updates throughout the day, genuinely care about your child, and are very friendly. They have lots of activities, crafts, education, etc. Lots of good vibes here. I feel comfortable and at ease with our child coming here! Our child has never been happier.

  • We love this daycare! Everyone is so kind and friendly, the daycare has a great atmosphere. I am grateful for the updates during the day and the art they send home. It’s abundantly clear how much the teachers and staff care for the kids (and parents!).

  • I love this daycare so much. I get updates throughout the day, the teachers are not just friendly they are knowledgeable, and they have provided a stimulating environment that my baby thrives in. I grew up believing that centers were to be feared and this daycare wipes those fears away. I highly, highly recommend them.

  • We joined Compass - Ramsey in November 2022 and our experience has been wonderful from the very start. After a horrible experience with another daycare center, we feel so fortunate to have found Compass. From day one the staff made us feel so welcome and show true genuine care for our baby which is so important for us as first time parents! They are amazing with their daily updates, photos, and overall communication which continues to make us feel at ease every day. The facility is truly a beautiful learning atmosphere for kids and is so clean. We can't recommend Compass enough if you're looking for exceptional child care!
