Our kids have attended this NHA for about 3.5 years. Through multiple age-level rooms and teachers. The staff has consistently provided great care and support for our kids' development. It's almost impossible to get my 4 yr old daughter out of the building at night...she has to stop and say bye/give hugs/ask a million questions to all her old teachers in the different classrooms. And they are all so patient, kind, and caring towards her.

The staff is warm, caring, and truly dedicated to the children’s well-being. They take the time to know each child and create a positive, nurturing environment. The educational program is outstanding, filled with fun and engaging learning activities that help kids grow every day. Best center yet 💜💜
Julie GuerrierOct 17, 2025I picked up my nephew and their security is top notch. They checked to make sure I said who I was saying I was. The check out process was breezy. The assistant director even showed me to his room. I love that the car seat storage is in the hallway and so accessible! The building is clean and well maintained as well.

When on the search for childcare we took multiple things into consideration, such as cost, staff, cleanliness, and the app. New horizon dell road hits all of our marks. The app is easy to use, the building is clean and smells amazing, the staff are very personable and one can tell that they care about the kids as if they were their own!

We were part of the New Horizon family for 10 years and at the Dell Road location for over 5. It is a top notch facility with a welcoming and nurturing environment. They possess quality, caring educators that our children built strong bonds with. New Horizon Dell Road gave us peace of mind every day our children were there, and as busy parents that work full-time, the fact that they are always open during every weather pattern that Minnesota has to offer, provided a level of reliability and dependability that was unmatched. We cannot thank the staff enough for all they have done for our family, and how well our children were set up for success starting kindergarten. You'll always have a special place in our hearts New Horizon Dell Road ❤️
