PRIMROSE SCHOOL OF ST. CHARLES AT HERITAGE

For the past 8 years, Primrose School of St. Charles at Heritage has provided an exceptional childcare and educational experience for our family. I still remember enrolling our oldest child before the school was even built. During our first meeting, the owner asked what we were looking for in a school, and my answer was simple: a safe environment, healthy food, and a place where children could truly thrive academically and personally. This school has exceeded every expectation and delivered on all of those priorities and so much more, even through a global pandemic. The teachers and leadership team have created a caring, nurturing, and supportive community that has meant so much to our family. Some of the teachers and the staff members have been there since day one, which speaks volumes about the culture and consistency of the school. As our time here comes to an end, we will truly miss this school and the amazing people who make it so special. I recommend Primrose every chance I get and am incredibly grateful for the impact they’ve had on our children and family.

There are not enough words that can express how much we have loved our time at Primrose of St. Charles at Heritage! Both of our children started in the infant room and are now in the toddler and early preschool rooms, and ever since our first day the teachers and staff have been so welcoming and caring towards our girls. The level of care, education, focus on safety and cleanliness, along with providing nutritious meals made our decision an easy one when choosing a childcare option within the area. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

We are so happy with Primrose! The teachers are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive, and they truly treat the children like family. My daughter just started out in early preschool classroom few days ago and the teachers created a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where she can thrive. We are grateful for the love and support they provide and highly recommend this Primrose to any family looking for quality care.

We are so glad that we found Primrose of St. Charles! The leadership team is absolutely incredible, the teachers truly care about the children, and everyone is so warm and welcoming, We feel supported as a family and enjoy the strong sense of community. Our child is always happy to go to school, learning so much, and absolutely thriving. We've been at Primrose for about 2 years and it has been a great experience! We appreciate the updates, pictures and communication on the app throughout the day. We also feel very comfortable from a safety perspective. We looked at many other schools in the area and Primrose was not only more affordable, but education is a priority- it's not a daycare. Their educational structure has helped our child with speech development, nap time, and potty training- among many other things. A few times per year, we meet with the teachers to align on focus areas for our child! Our son really seems to enjoy his time at school with his friends and teachers. We are excited for him to start the soccer shots program this fall!
