  • There is a teacher there named Camille who was very disrespectful and my kid was highly upset and terrified of her

  • I really, really wish I didn't have to write this review, but we had a serious safety concern with Willow Woods. WW gave our daughter peanut butter when we told them 6 weeks prior that she had a potential peanut allergy, and wasn't supposed to have peanuts until we could see an allergist for testing. I sent them a message through their app and received a note back from the teacher acknowledging it, but when my daughter got moved up to an older classroom, this information wasn't communicated to her new teachers (or apparently the chef). Luckily my daughter's reaction was very mild, but I get a knot in my stomach when I think of what could have happened if she'd been severely allergic. They were incredibly apologetic, but I suspect WW might lack the structure/systems necessary to keep track of food allergies. We pulled our daughter from their care immediately, because we no longer felt we could trust them. Pros: they are incredibly affordable compared to most daycares in KC; reasonable class sizes; and they genuinely loved our daughter. Cons: appear to not take food allergies very seriously; not the most secure building - no security cameras, and all you need to get in is a door code, and you could easily just get in behind another parent if you don't know the code.

  • My son loves Miss Monae. All teachers are attentive and loving. There are always fun activities for kids as well.

  • I have two children here, and have been nothing but happy with the staff and management. Both of my kids love being there.

  • Our child attended Willow Woods for almost a year and she loved every minute. We had to switch daycares when we moved out of the city but we would have taken Willow Woods with us if we could! The staff shows your child and your family so much love, every staff member in the building knows your family by name. I have nothing but positive things to say about Willow Woods and can't recommend them enough.
