Staff is extremely kind to both our daughter and son. My kids come back home tired which is a good thing, and express how nice their day was. Even other children are are nice and relatively well behaved for being toddlers.
Martin TrottierMay 13, 2026Today was the last straw with this center! There has been a constant decline in organization and staff since the original director when we enrolled our child Ms.Chasity left. My child had been attending this school since age 1. They have consistently caused really good staff to resigned, include the beloved Ms.Brianna who was one of the best teachers at the center. There has been no communication in the last months about staff changes! The staff are the ones notifying parents of resignation, not the director! The student/teacher ratio is unsafe due to lack of staff and they are NOT learning anything, only playing all day due to this issue. Staff is overwhelmed and frustrated. The children have been getting injured and BITTEN on several occasions by the same child that is on the spectrum that should NOT be enrolled there in the 1st place because they don't have the correct staff to accommodate his needs! Our child has been coming home extremely hungry lately and it was confirmed to me by a staff member who also resigned this morning stating "they are not being feed properly and the have been feeding kids cornflakes for lunch" UNACCEPTABLE!! This is a corporate issue! The center needs to be shutdown until it can be staffed properly for safety concerns! 0/5 stars!!
K JourianMar 6, 2025My son had been attending Cadence since he was 4 months old, and for a long time, we were happy with the care and environment. However, over the past year, things have gone drastically downhill, leading me to make the difficult decision to pull him from the school as of last Friday—and I am so glad that I did. The biggest issue has been the constant turnover of staff, which has resulted in a complete lack of consistency for the children. There is no real curriculum, and the instability makes it impossible for the kids to have a structured learning environment. On top of that, many of the new hires seem uninterested in the safety, well-being, and education of the children. Another major concern is the lack of communication with parents. Staff changes happen regularly, yet parents are rarely informed. It often feels like our concerns go unheard, and there is little transparency about what is happening within the school. When concerns were brought to the current director, she was like a deer caught in headlights—offering little explanation and minimal solutions beyond the blanket statement, “we’re trying.” Sheena was one of the few staff members who genuinely cared and did everything in her power to keep things afloat over the past year. Unfortunately, like many of the amazing teachers before her, she is no longer at the school. It’s heartbreaking to see the few people who truly care about the children no longer being part of the team. Beyond staffing issues, there have been ongoing operational problems, including: • Kids not being allowed to be dropped off during the agreed-upon hours. • Overbilling and a lack of accountability in resolving billing issues. • Concerns about children not being properly fed—in fact, my son was coming home from school literally starving. I initially thought it was just a growth spurt, only to learn that he was, in fact, not being provided the proper nutrition as agreed, due to a lack of staff. There were no cooks, and consequently, no food for the kids. This is not what we signed up for, and it’s incredibly disappointing to see what was once a great school deteriorate so quickly. At this point, I’m not sure much can be done to save it, but I hope leadership recognizes the severity of these issues before more families make the same decision I did.
Sheree AveryMar 6, 2025Cadence Academy is a great pre-school! I have thoroughly enjoyed my daughter attending Cadence. All of the staff are very nice and kind as well as professional. It has been a huge adjustment for my daughter and I because this is her first time in Pre-School but she is doing great!! Overall, I’m thankful and grateful and am pleased with everything.
Ariana YoungNov 3, 2024I'm thoroughly impressed with Cadence Academy Preschool! Despite some initial payment issues, the quality of care and education has exceeded my expectations. I appreciate how they separate younger and older children, creating a safe and tailored environment. Since enrolling, my son hasn't been sick, and the facilities are always spotless. Ms. Bri, his teacher, is exceptional. She's loving, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's learning and development. Her engaging lessons, fun games, and well-organized classroom make learning enjoyable. I also value the consistency and reliability. Unlike other schools I've experienced, Ms. Bri is always present and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend Cadence for their outstanding care, dedicated staff, and nurturing environment. Five stars!
Gabriela FernandesSep 17, 2024Our family has been attending Cadence Academy Preschool for close to a year now. I have to say, Cadence is really one of the best schools my children have attended. The facility is clean and secure, the staff is warm welcoming and professional. We are always greeted in the morning with smiles and my son does not cry when I drop him off. The preschool works to do events that include the family’s that make it fun. The communication between teachers and parents is really above and beyond. The meals are colorful and well balanced.I don’t have to worry about my baby getting the best care at Cadence. The director is on top of her job and has a great open door policy she will address your needs in a timely manner. This place is excellent!
