PARENTS PLEASE DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILDREN HERE I beg of you . They have the most unprofessional staff I have ever came into contact with at a daycare center . They hate when you have questions and concerns in regards to your child and will retaliate and even kick your child out. My son experience here was terrible here. My son had only been at the daycare center for 3 weeks and I’m already leaving. They feed the children slop and my child came home lightweight every single day I picked him up. They were constantly using my child’s diapers on other children and not notifying parents. My child is very sensitive to different diaper brands and only does good with pampers I just had gave them a new huge pack and wrote his name on the pack that same day when I picked him up I noticed he had on someone’s else diaper and that diaper gave my son a bad rash. I told the center the next week after that because they closed for a whole week after that incident happened for no reason at all without notifying parents . There were several parents that came waiting and wasn’t even aware and they did not have any signs posted anywhere nor noticed in the parent app. Anyways I inquired them yesterday when they opened back up about why my son had on somebody else diaper when I had just given them a fresh pack that same day of the incident. The opener ms Moana proceeds to say well i wasn’t there so I don’t really know but I will say that they may have used your sons diapers on someone else’s child and that’s why they gave him that but my question is why would they take my son name brand diapers and put it on someone’s else child and give my child cheap parent choice diaper.She then proceeded to say well idk I wasn’t there and I told her well please make sure my son diapers are no longer used on another child especially without my permission because he’s very sensitive etc. then I told her my child had pooped on our way to the building which he did and i dont send my child in a poppy diaper rarely at all so its not a continuous thing so the daycare opener proceeds to tell me after the conversation we had about the diapers she says make sure next time you don’t send him to us in a poopy diaper he needs to have a clean diaper everyday when you bring him to us and I said it’s not like I can control when he poops in the car on the way there. She said it’s in the policy and it’s my responsibility to change my child and that I need to change him in the car like excuse me. The staff are not friendly at all and they make you stand at the door to drop off and pick up your child you can’t even go in which I also find very suspicious. The director and other team members are messy and don’t like to hear any feedback about their staff members. They kept telling me I took it the wrong way about the opener lady having an attitude with me and that I could have been nasty to the staff member like please I was stern but I was not nasty to the lady. Then from day one the staff kept complaining about my child crying everyday. My momma did a pop up visit and said when she came in she heard my son crying a mile away and when she went in she saw my son crying by himself and nobody comforting him. I told them I was giving them a 2 week notice and they then told me they wanted my son last day to be this Friday instead. This establishment also showed favoritism between children they told me my child can’t wear his paci due to state laws that 1 year old not allowed to wear paci at daycare but they had two children in there wearing there’s and they were new but my son couldn’t wear his and when I asked why they could wear their paci and my son can’t they said it was for picture day but that’s bull because on bright wheel it showed several pictures of them alongside my son with their paci. They also had 8 new students just come enrolled recently they have way too many spots available and now I can see why. When my son first enrolled there were only like 4 student in his class if that.
