CADENCE ACADEMY PRESCHOOL

It is my desire to express our experience with my daughter's (Taylor) teacher Miss Moe. Miss Moe is not only a great asset to the advancement of our daughter but has made our experience at Cadance Academy a pleasant one. She effectively listens to our needs and is passionate about her work. My daughter struggled when she first changed classes. Miss Moe has made us feel secure in leaving the care of daughter with her. She is also teaching her unique things such as the Spanish language. I have never seen a teacher more passionate than Miss Moe and she deserves this recognition and many more!

I absolutely LOVE Cadence Academy (Southaven location)! Everyone is so nice. The teachers are amazing. The communication is amazing!. I love receiving pictures of my daughter working on various assignments in class and playing with her peers. I also enjoy the daily updates they provide via the app. Did I mention that they help with potty training? My daughter was partially potty trained when she started but was afraid of her poop and we just could not get her to poop in the pot. After about a month or two of her teacher assisting with potty training, she began pooping in the pot and is now fully potty trained thanks to the help of Ms. Johnson and her other teachers. This place has been incredible for me and my family!!!

When my daughter first started faith preschool at only 6 months, I loved this daycare but now; they have lost a lot of good teacher and she hates going to school. In the preschool classroom they have allowed the teacher to mistreat my daughter and other students on camera and she is still allowed to work around children. My daughter also told me the teacher pinched her and I showed them the bruise and the teacher still did not get fired. They do not have the kids best interest at heart. My daughter is now three and I am moving her from Faith Preschool! They have high teacher turnover rates, the teacher barely interact with the kids during play or learning, and I have watched a teacher refuse a child breakfast and during lunch my daughter had a tantrum and the teacher made her lay down while the other kids ate lunch, once I called you there, that is when they got my child up to eat. Do not send your child here it is terrible! Faith Preachool it did happen because I saw it on camera and I contacted DHS about it. So yes it happened! I marked out all the other children faces but here is my child laid down in the corner alone.

My son has been at Faith for almost 4 years now, I have always been happy with his care and academic learning but at times felt they lacked in consistent communication. Recently, I have noticed a lot of positive improvements since Brooke H. has stepped in as director. I have noticed improvements with communication from administration to parents as well as consistent communication from teachers which was always their weakness before. My son enjoys going to school and learning which I attribute to the good curriculum and devotion of the excellent teachers. He is definitely more advanced than other children I know his age and I have no doubt he will be prepared for kindergarten when the time comes. The facility is always clean and orderly which is comforting during Covid. Overall, I am very pleased with Faith Snowden Grove and the care they provide my child.

All 3 of my children attend Faith Snowden Grove and my older two love going to summer camp. They are learning and having fun. This not only keeps their mind working, but let's them be with their friends to have fun at the same time. My baby is in the infant room and the teachers keep us updated on kids report daily and are so sweet. My baby loves Mrs. Yasmine and Mrs.Maripat and we are so thankful for their care of our baby. We appreciate all the staff does daily to keep our kids safe. The administration does a great job of communicating and letting us know about everything going on. Great job Faith Preschool Academy Snowden Grove!
