I can't put into words how exceptional Highlands Academy is. Over the last 10 years we have had Highlands Academy in our lives helping our kiddos with: jump starting their academics, understanding positive and healthy relationships, and most importantly how to thrive in a social setting while honoring each of their personalities. Highlands Academy is not just a daycare they are family. They have helped us navigate through multiple deployments, deaths in the family, and most importantly they loved our children fiercely. As a parent, I was really only looking for three things when it came to someone watching my kids. Consistency, communication, and accountability, Their communication is top notch with the parenting app, daily communication sheets, and every day being greeted in the morning and debriefed during pickup. The consistency of expectations and rules has left no room for and adult or child to know what is expected. As we know life happens, and even when we've lost something or maybe a family accidently took something home Highlands Academy has quickly moved into action to fix it or make it right. As an overthinking mom I can honestly say in the 10 years our children have been at Highlands I have always felt that my children were safe, loved, and thriving while they were away from me. It's also very reassuring when they beg to go to daycare. Highlands is simply the best.
Brittany NelsonSep 5, 2025All three of my children have gone to Highlands Academy within a span of 15 years and it is hands down the cleanest and has the friendliest caring teachers. They are always looking for ways to improve Whether that is Something physically in the center or adjusting Any type of schedule to accommodate and provide the best care for all of their children. My children have been in every classroom as they have grown and every class they have been in has the same caring, learning, structured care. I highly recommend Highlands to any and all people who are looking for a daycare center.

The staff are attentive, caring, and truly focused on each child’s growth. Our little one is not only happier, but we’re also seeing how much more engaged they are in learning. The setting at Highland’s really allows for a more personal and educational experience, and we couldn’t be more thankful we made the switch!
Alexis CaseyAug 29, 2025Would not recommend Highlands Academy. They lack respect for families when they have a concern about their childrens care. When concerns are brought forward, they brush it off and wait until their camera footage is no longer available for viewing. Parents should not have to fear or worry about the care their children recieve. Families should also not be terminated only because they want to avoid a law suit.

Jessika KeverAug 27, 2025Our family has been trusting Highlands Academy's care for almost 20 years among our 4 children. The parent claiming her child's ankle was broken at the center is plain false. I personally, could never understand why the center tolerated families who brought such negativity and were consistently looking to place blame on others for their own poor behavior. I suppose it's another testament to Highlands Academy's willingness to always try and look on the bright side and work with people who exhibit negative behavior and still give excellent care to their children. We'd never consider any other center for the care of our children where their well-being is concerned.
