Bright Horizons at Timberland

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Bright Horizons at Timberland. After a very difficult experience at our previous daycare, finding this center was an enormous relief. The environment is consistently clean, organized, calm, and welcoming, and the teachers clearly care deeply about the children. What we especially love is the thoughtful, child-centered approach to learning and play. Our son has absolutely thrived here. He’s become more confident, independent, curious, and excited to learn every day. We’re incredibly grateful for the care and support this team provides!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our family’s experience with Bright Horizons was deeply distressing. The center reported us to Child Protective Services over a minor concern involving a child’s water bottle — despite no allegations of abuse, injury, or neglect. Instead of partnership and communication, we experienced poor judgment, escalation, and unnecessary trauma for our family. The experience made it feel like the center was more concerned with liability and protecting itself than working collaboratively with parents. Mandated reporting matters. But so do common sense, proportionality, and trust. We would never recommend this center after what we experienced.

My two daughters have both attended day care at this center and have had wonderful experiences in all classrooms from infant through K-Prep. The teachers and assistants are very good and the administrators keep the center running smoothly! Highly recommend.

Our son has been enrolled at Bright Horizons at Timberland from their Infant room (at 12 weeks old) through Kindergarten Prep this year. The teachers and administration have been such a tremendous support for us throughout our journey- nurturing him from a very young age, challenging him and reinforcing ways he can be more self-sufficient. We have been so impressed by Bright Horizons’ curriculum and the curiosity our son has developed as a result. We have also been touched to see the relationships “the friends” form in the classroom- they genuinely care for one another and are frequently seen hugging in the parking lot after school. It’s been a joy to drop our little guy off at Bright Horizons each day knowing that he is well cared for , surrounded by friends and challenged! We strongly recommend Bright Horizons at Timberland!

Our family loves Bright Horizons at Timberland. Our son started in the infant program and is now thriving in toddlers. It's been amazing to watch his growth over the past year and a half. The curriculum is comprehensive and the teachers and support staff are wonderful. The facility is clean and full of color. Our son enjoys all of the outdoor play, especially going on walks and playing in the playground with his favorite dump truck. 😊
