We have had our son enrolled at Southwest Child Care-Wyoming for seven months and are very pleased with the care our child receives. Each morning, we are happily greeted by Mr. O or Ms. Veronica and warmly welcomed. My son reaches for each of them (in toddler culture, that is a huge compliment), which in turn makes me feel comfortable, knowing that he is cared for, loved, and taught in a way that respects my son's individual needs. His individual needs, pacing, etc are met with care and concern for his well-being. I would confidently recommend Southwest Child Care, especially under Mr. O's direction, to any friend or family member that needed a safe and loving place to care for their child.
S FJul 8, 2026We had two children attend Southwest Childcare from 2016 through 2025, and we could not have asked for a better experience. One of the things we appreciated most was the home-cooked meals and the incredible variety of foods the children were exposed to. More importantly, every caregiver and teacher our children encountered made them feel loved, valued, and supported. The staff truly took the time to get to know each child as an individual and encouraged them to be themselves. Our children were not just cared for—they were nurtured. While we were there there were leadership changes and COVID. While things weren’t always smooth, the leadership team was approachable, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement. When our children transitioned to kindergarten, they were more than prepared academically, socially, and emotionally. Southwest Childcare provided a strong foundation that helped them thrive. We are incredibly grateful for the care, dedication, and positive impact Southwest Childcare had on our family over nearly a decade.
Tawny BoyceJun 20, 2026We’ve had a wonderful experience with Southwest Child Care. My daughter transitioned smoothly, even though this was her first childcare experience. The teachers are very communicative and have made the transition easier for our family!
Ninel HernandezFeb 3, 2026We’ve had a great experience with this preschool and daycare! The entire staff loves our children, but we want to give special shout outs to Mr. O who is a strong leader, Ms. Rocio who is incredibly patient and supportive, and Ms. Itza who is very sweet and caring! They go above and beyond! Always understanding and consistent. SWCC truly feels like a second family!
ShayleeJan 30, 2026SW childcare has been great for our twin boys. They began as 2 year olds and we were hesitant because of bad childcare in San Diego. The staff were welcoming and most took the time to learn the differences the twins had when it came to their personalities. This was a critical component we wanted in our boys gaining their own independence. Not to mention, Ms. Maribel took them under her wing when it came to helping with potty training. Because of this, the boys were able to transition into early pre-k (at the same center). They will be here until kinder and I am confident their development here at SW will help them thrive in Kindergarten.
Jennifer Castro GarciaJan 30, 2026Daughter attended SWCC from 18 months to age 4 and the experience has been incredibly positive overall. I have to say that in this time frame, there has also been a very noticeable improvement in weekly updates sharing what the kids are focusing on in class. Administration is very prompt in responding to questions and concerns, and the ease of their communication is one of the best parts of the center (thank you Osbaldo!). While I sometimes wish parents were invited to interact in the classroom more, I also understand that the center is likely minimizing illnesses, operates more efficiently with their drop off system in place, and is easier for a lot of the kids (especially younger). I think this is important to know for incoming families in which this may factor into their decision. The teachers are compassionate and my daughter has adored them, and have helped her tremendously in preparation for Kindergarten. They have been essential in both potty training, learning letters, and so much more.
