  • I have toured over ten daycares and dreamland was one of the only ones that made me feel confident and comfortable that my daughter would be in good hands. The staff is wonderful, especially Ms. Alicia with the infants. As an overly anxious first time daycare mom, all my worries were put to rest by sending my daughter here. 10/10

  • We have sent both of our daughters to Dreamland. We have had an incredible experience both times. Our youngest who is currently enrolled can be challenging and test boundaries. The staff at Dreamland is patient, kind, and caring. They have the experience, love, and patience to deal with the easiest child to a child that likes To test boundaries. My daughter used to cry going to the preschool she was enrolled in. She does not do that anymore, she is happy to go and leaves happy and ready to go the next day. Its heart warming to know my daughter is happy there. And loves her care givers.

  • I’d gone in to tour Dreamland Daycare Preschool hoping to find a challenging curriculum to suit the needs of our toddler. I was there for an hour and a half and discussed pricing, lesson plans, schedules etc. Once all of my questions had been answered, I left feeling confident about the center. On my way out, I’d explained to the director that I’d need to discuss it with my husband, but was 8/10 (80%) likely to enroll. All was great! She introduced me to the owner, I showed her a picture of my son and explained that he’d likely be enrolling. I gave our current center two weeks notice and followed up with Dreamland this morning. When I began the conversation with a question about lunch, the director interrupted me and stated, “I do not feel that Dreamland is a good fit for you.” I was dumbfounded. Kaitlynn explained that I’d rated the daycare an 8 out of 10 and she wanted to be “an 11.” I clarified that I was by no means rating the center when making that statement. She then proceeded to say that I’d be starting off with too many concerns about the daycare and believed we could find a better center to meet our needs. One of the “concerns” was, “do you plan on getting new playground equipment?” She said, “not at this time” and I replied, “ok.” Another inquiry made was while walking through a cluttered area, I questioned whether or not it could be a safety hazard. Lastly, when I had done research on the facility prior to the visit I had seen that there was an infant child abuse allegation (last year). However, after questioning the director about the situation , I was satisfied with the explanation that the case determined to be “unfounded.” I told the director that I believed in parent-center communication/feedback and welcome the same in my profession, she agreed, but didn’t feel “comfortable” enrolling my child. The fact that the center (who claims to value parent communications) is rejecting my child based upon my questions is alarming. What is there to hide and are the children safe?

  • Super clean environment with amazing staff! The owner and director are both super nice and caring. The teachers are what truly send it over the top. The kids always appear to be happy and well taken care of. The kids as well as the teachers all enjoy music and library time. I highly recommend this daycare.
