As a very choosy parent who has experience working at daycares, this center is absolutely exceptional. It is very hard to find schools that don't have a ton of state violations. Safety is very important to the staff here and obviously that is very important to me. My child absolutely thrived in this environment. I would highly recommend it to to anyone.
Heather DeckerJan 11, 2026I can’t recommend hello friends enough. This was my son’s second daycare and I’m so happy we found this place. My son is currently in the infant room and his head teacher Shelbie is one of the most kindest, thoughtful, and sweetest person. The place is always clean and tidy, even with all the kids around. My son loves it there. The director and staff are all friendly and willing to help anyway they can. Being a first time mom and not having the best experience at my son’s first day care, I’m really happy we found hello friends.
Carmen SodanoJul 9, 2025Our daughter has been enrolled at Hello Friends for a few weeks now and our family has had a wonderful experience so far. From our first meeting with the Director, I felt that our daughter would be welcomed with open arms and she was. Everyone that we have encountered here has been wonderful but the teachers in the Toddler Room are exceptional! They have gone above and beyond to help our baby get acclimated to her new environment, friends and schedule. They communicate with us, send us photos and updates about her day in the app and give us a quick recap at pickup. As a first time mom who had to return to work, I was so, so nervous about finding childcare but I couldn’t have asked for a better transition into daycare. They have taken a weight off of my shoulders and I’m able to work through my day knowing my baby is well cared for and happy. To the staff at Hello Friends, thank you! To other parents that may be looking at this facility, I cannot recommend them enough. From the staff to the other children, this place is wonderful. I’m so thankful to have found a daycare that truly cares about the development and well being of my child.
KimberlyJun 27, 2025I'm so glad we found hello friends! This is our first day care experience and it's everything we hoped for. My child is only a few months and the teachers have been communicative, friendly, insightful, and genuinely get to know the kids despite how young they are. Just walking by the other classrooms I've been super impressed with the toddler and preschool teachers as well. The directors are really responsive to questions and are always around. They seem to strike that great balance of supporting the teachers without breathing down their necks. My kid is always has a smile on his face when we walk in the door!
Ella SchwarzbaumJun 24, 2025Our first daycare experience has been with hello friends. The caretakers have all been so kind and caring and communicative. It's a relief knowing your baby is in good hands when you drop them off for the day!
John 7Jun 19, 2025Initially hello friends started off as a great experience for my son ! And quickly that changed for the worse . He was enrolled for 1 week before being unenrolled due to “behavior” we have never experienced at any other daycare or at home . Before behavior there was an issue with snack time stating that more needed to be sent because my son was eating all his food and questions arose as to how much he was eating so quickly . 2 snacks and a heavy lunch was already being provided as he had breakfast at home daily ! Going forward we recieved daily reports that my son was hitting and having uncontrolled tantrums . And also injured a teacher but only documents were given for what my son had done no incident was reported for the teacher who was said to be injured and was unable to speak with teacher to confirm . After further speaking with other teachers who had encounters with August they assured me that the lead teacher was easily frustrated and that my son was no harm to them or to other students . We did a meeting with the director who put a plan in place to “help” my son adjust to the environment. Within a day of that plan where 2 weeks or a 4 week follow was given to readjust the plan I was called to come pick my son up immediately as he had a tantrum that lasted more than an hour which again we had never seen or experienced with my son . And still have not seen this behavior since leaving this school . When I arrived to pick my son up he was not in the classroom he was in the front office with no other children playing with toys and didn’t seem to be in distress at all ! When I asked my son was he ready to go home he stated no he wanted to stay in school when speaking with the director she stated he said he wanted to come home that why she called . That raised questions as my son is very clear about what he wants and can easily express him self . He was able to explain to me that he indeed was crying because the teacher was holding him too tight . When speaking with the director she stated she was soothing him but that did not work . Sadly soon after we were sent and email that my son could not return to the school due to safety reason and if he was not evaluated and given a 1 to 1 aide he would not be able to return . After having my son evaluated it was deterred he did not qualify for the services because the behaviors etc were not efficient from the evaluation . I hope other families have a better experience then we did . These children need people who want to see this children grow and learn and help them adjust not make them feel like they are the problem . Being removed from the school after a week has definitely negatively affected my son . And has made comments that his teacher didn’t love him that’s why he can’t go to school . Breaks my heart as a mom !
