Ebony was very rude after I delivered 4 very heavy packages to the correct location…. How dies someone so rude get allowed to work with children…
Kory WimberlyFeb 25, 2026When we first moved to the area, our previous home owner said wonderful things about JMC. I had to wait until after the pandemic to enroll the little one but I have no regret. My kid loved and still loves it for summer camp. My youngest has been going there as well since she was six months. She is now 3 and thriving at JMC.
Maria DuncanJun 5, 2024Our family love, love, loved coming here! We moved upstate from NYC and found JMC when our little one was 7 months old. I never for one minute ever worried about her care and they taught her so many wonderful things. We moved across the river when she was about 3 and had to find one closer to home, but after daycares reopened during the pandemic, no one could accommodate my crazy fluctuating schedule and our child was having so many behavioral issues. So I called JMC up and they took us back with open arms. Not only did they help get our child back on track psychologically, my husband & I finally felt safe again in their doors. All the teachers remembered her and she remembered them! It was the best reunion of little friends and caring adults back in our daughter's life when she needed it the most, so the extra drive back and forth to POK was well worth it! They love their kids there and take health and safety seriously, which was a blessing during the crazy times we all experienced with the pandemic. Now she is in elementary school, but boy do I miss the close attention and individualized care she experienced (and she knew much of the Kindergarten curriculum from her pre-K experience at JMC!)
Gillian DurhamOct 26, 2023My 3 children went to this childcare facility for 5 years before we moved out of state. I loved the smaller classroom sizes-I felt like they received a better experience as opposed to a classroom with 20+ children in it, the staff were all so sweet and loving-my kids were always loved on and well cared for, they went on field trips, did cooking in the classroom, had a yoga instructor come to the center monthly, planned fun winter and summer activities, and more! The memories made were endless and they still talk about their old school. I highly recommend this center to anyone who’s hesitant to put their child in daycare! They will learn more than just their ABCs and numbers here.
Jackie BrunellOct 26, 2023We had a terrible experience. While our child was only there for 4 months we had at least 4 different classroom teachers during that time. Except for one they all quit from one day to the next. The owner Ebony was acrimonious in her interaction with us and would not take responsibility for several things that went wrong. We were so much happier once we switched to a different daycare provider down the road. I highly recommend you stay as far away as possible from this daycare.
Marc KnittelAug 28, 2023The biggest regret of my life is trusting this facility and its unlicensed/untrained staff and completely sanctimonious owner with our children. The facility has been cited with multiple violations all of which are consistent with what we saw in our time there. I wholeheartedly urge you to beware of this facility. I would recommend you thoroughly review and consider the violations on the OCFS website.
