My son has been enrolled at Kiddie Academy for almost a full year now, starting when he was 6 months old. As a new mom I was very anxious to be placing him in daycare while I went back to work, however the staff at KA Farmingdale made the transition seamless. The teachers are wonderful and truly care for the children they look after. We receive multiple pictures and videos throughout the day, and the teachers are happy to discuss how my son is doing whenever we call or pick him up. Most importantly my son is excited to be dropped off in the morning and adores the teachers that have cared for him over the past year. When we walk down the hallways every staff member knows his name and says hello to him, making the daycare feel like a warm, inviting environment. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for childcare!
Breanna RossiMay 30, 2026An exuberant establishment to bring your child to. After hearing some horror stories about Tutor Time (YUCK), and these other fake daycare places, we decided to go with Kiddie Academy. Ms. Catherine's warm presence, positive attitude, and genuine care for little people shows you that this is a great place to bring your child to. I can sleep soundly at night knowing my child is receiving an A1 education and development for a price that does not handicap your wallet!
Mikolaj GospodarczukMay 28, 2026We have been sending our princess/daughter to Kiddie Academy in Farmingdale for over 2 years and couldnt be happier. The teachers truely care about the children and are warm and very patient. We receive daily pictures throughout the day, which gives us peace of mind while at work. My daughter is blossoming socially, understanding letters/alphabet and especially loves show and tell. The daycare was very helpful with potty training and has taught our little one to "look with her eyes and not with her hands". Highly recommend this daycare for parents who need a good place to nurture there child.
mike macMay 26, 2026We cannot say enough wonderful things about Kiddie Academy of Farmingdale. Our family has been part of this community for years; my daughter started when she was 6 months old and is now aging out to attend preschool, and my son started at 5 months old and will be continuing his journey here. Throughout every single milestone, the teachers and staff have been incredibly supportive and lovely to work with. When my kids were infants, they were flawlessly on top of managing breastmilk bottles. As they grew, the staff seamlessly guided them through food and nap transitions, and they were a massive help and partner to us during potty learning. The curriculum is truly outstanding and so well rounded. I love that they have different learning themes periodically, and their daily circle time is fantastic where the kids learn about the calendar, the weather, and upcoming holidays. The classrooms read new books every single day, and they focus on essential development like using scissors and crafting to build fine motor skills. My daughter is not even 4 yet and is already almost reading, and she absolutely loves showing off all the words she can write! Both of my children are advanced for their age, and I attribute so much of that directly to the wonderful teachers and these engaging programs. Beyond academics, my children have done incredibly well socially here, developing beautiful, close friendships with the other children. My kids constantly come home singing songs they learned in class and packed with creative art projects. Plus, the class parties thrown throughout the year are a big hit. I love that parents are invited to attend many of them, making it so wonderful to share those special memories together with our kids. Communication is amazing too. The school app is fantastic, and I absolutely cherish the daily photos the teachers send us. On top of that, the front office staff is always incredibly responsive, helpful, and supportive. More than anything, we love Kiddie Academy because we truly feel how much they love our kids.
Erin ConboyMay 26, 2026Amazing center. My son has gone here since he was 12 months old and is turning three in a few months. Every day he comes home he tells me how much fun he has! They go outside twice a day, they make arts and crafts, they learn to to sing songs, ABCs and numbers. They also will help enforce important skills with the kids, such as using a fork and a cup dressing themselves and help with potty training. All of his teachers have always been great, very diligent and loving with my son. They are very flexible and understanding at this center. I feel very at ease, dropping my son off every morning, knowing he is in good hands.
Charlotte WardMay 26, 2026They are RUDE especially management and they are not patient with children that don’t just jump into their routine. My son had NEVER been in childcare and all they did was complain about him not adjusting immediately. He did not really care to eat solids so they would let him starve the ENTIRE day. I would pick him up and there would be dried tears on his face. They also claim to have lost my son’s cubby items which were brand new name brand clothes but offered me his diaper cream. I was told “things get lost in child care all the time”. I don’t even think there was an effort in locating my son’s items as they did not care for him very much. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone not even for their dog. If I could give them NO STARS I most definitely would!!!!
