  • My older son has been at Red Owl Academy for 3 years and my younger son is completing his 2nd. Ms. Liana is a special person, she is passionate about early child development bring her school to a very high standard. Her teachers are each amazing people and have shown my boys care, love, attention to listen to them, respect and of course education. We looked at more than a dozen schools and very pleased with our decision to send our boys to Red Owl Academy. I have never worried after dropping my boys in the morning. I know they are is a safe and nurturing environment. They have developed friendships and bonds with classmates. What more could a parent ask for?

  • I enrolled my daughter in daycare when she was two and a half years old. At that time, she was still very young, and I did not feel a strong need to place her in an academic-focused environment. As she grew and began to express her thoughts and inner world more clearly, she started sharing how she felt about her teachers and the environment around her. Through those conversations, I realized that what mattered most for her was not simply academics, but the way she was understood and treated by the adults around her. During this process, I visited twelve schools. On the final tour, at Red Owl Academy, I had the opportunity to speak with Ms. Liana. Listening to her passion for education and her philosophy, I felt a sense of trust and clarity that this was a place where my daughter would be genuinely seen and supported. That decision has led us to where we are today. My daughter carries many thoughts quietly within herself. By nature, she is introverted, and unless she feels truly safe, she is unable to reveal her inner world. At Red Owl, she has found that sense of safety. Ms. Fran’s care is deep and warm, and it shows in the way she connects with the children each day. The teachers take time to truly listen to the children, to understand who they are, and to respond thoughtfully, while also being considerate and respectful toward parents. In this environment, my daughter has been able to access her strengths naturally, and the pace of her growth has been remarkable. She genuinely enjoys going to school and takes pride in being there. After the birth of our second daughter, my daughter shared that she hopes her younger sister can attend Red Owl one day. She mentioned its lovely, easy-to-say name and spoke about the school as if it were simply a familiar and trusted place in her mind. Hearing her say that helped me realize how naturally this school has become part of her sense of comfort and of our family’s daily life.

  • Red Owl is an exceptional institution of early childhood education. We sent our daughter here back in September for preschool. From dropping her off on day one, she was ecstatic to be there. Each morning she asks if she is going to school today and is eager to get there. Our daughter has flourished in every possible way and in each component of learning and development. She has made the best of friends and loves everyone in her class. Ms Liana, Ms Fran, and the entire staff of Red Owl are genuinely kind, caring and supportive to the children and the families. We wish that we had sent her here sooner, and are thankful that Red Owl has brought joy to our daughter’s life and peace of mind to us as parents.

  • Five Stars is not a high enough rating for this place. The experience at Red Own Academy for my child was incredible. It’s not just that her teacher Miss Audrey prepared her for kindergarten. It’s not just that Miss Denise helped her understand her emotions. It’s the consistency of their love and passion for the children to learn and become better human beings. The teacher/student ratio is perfect. The location is great, it’s an old school, huge fenced in yard, nice size gym, secure parking, safety check for everything including doors. All kids are required to have indoor only shoes to keep the germs out and the classrooms clean. What a great concept! There are wonderful activities, special events, entertainers, musical artist, and readers that will come to the school. You will laugh and you will cry when your child performs their little hearts out during their concerts. Your child will develop a core memory from going to school here that will stay with them for many years. I highly recommend Miss Liana’s school for your child. Don’t walk run over there, you better hope there is still room in the class!

  • Red Owl has been an excellent school for our son. They have a wonderful program with many educational activities for the kids. The facility is great since it is an old elementary school with a gymnasium for the kids to run and play during the winter months and a large outdoor lawn for the nicer days. We appreciate how well the teachers communicate to us about our son’s progression and development and have seen the changes at home as well. Overall we have had such a positive experience and would recommend it to anyone else looking for a pre-school.

  • We moved to the area from Kansas City in August and I had a lot of anxiety about the effects of all the transition on my 2 and 4 year old. Red Owl has provided such a peace of mind and enriching experience for all of us. From the moment I met Ms. Liana and her team, I knew my children were in good hands. Their passion for early childhood education is evident in everything they do, from creating engaging lesson plans to providing a clean and safe space. One of the things I love most about Red Owl Academy is their focus on teaching French. It's wonderful to expose children to new languages at this age. Another perk of Red Owl Academy is their use of the Brightwheel app. It's so comforting to get regular updates on what activities the children are doing, what books they're reading, and even see pictures of their artwork. As a working mom, it's reassuring to know that my kids are happy and engaged throughout the day. I also have to mention how immaculate the facility is. I appreciate the attention to detail in keeping everything clean and sanitized. It's also great that the kids come home clean too!! Overall, I highly recommend Red Owl Academy to any parent looking for an exceptional early childhood education experience for their child. The dedication and care of Ms. Fran, Ms. Liana and every single one of their teachers truly shines through.
