I can't say enough good things about Cadence Academy - Tualatin! Our two daughters have been attending for a few months now after having bad experiances at other facilities in the area, and experience at Cadence has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment we first walked through the doors on our tour, we knew we had found a place where our children would be loved, nurtured, and encouraged to grow. The teachers are truly exceptional. Special shoutout to teachers Nikki, Mercy, Vici, and Kacie! Really all the teachers there are warm, kind, and genuinely care about the well-being and development of each child. They make learning fun, and it's clear that they put so much thought and effort into creating a positive, engaging environment. They also make a point to connect with the parents, which I really appreciate. The directors are equally wonderful. They are always available, approachable, and truly dedicated to ensuring everything runs smoothly. They go above and beyond to create a safe, welcoming space for both children and parents. We can tell they’ve built a great team, and it shows in the happiness of the kids and the positive energy throughout the entire center. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a caring, supportive, and educational environment for our girls. We are so grateful to the entire staff for making this such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
Meghan KrauseMar 6, 2025We LOVED our experience at Cadence! The staff always greeted us and made sure to say hi to our daughter. Teachers from other classrooms knew who she was and would greet her while in the hallways. There is a strong sense of community and happiness at this facility. The rooms were calming and clean. We put our daughter in at 4 months and the staff became a part of our family. I had zero concerns dropping her off while I worked. They would make the cutest crafts, even in the infant room. The teacher and chef worked with us as we began to incorporate purees/foods which allowed her to be exposed to a variety of healthy and nutritious foods. I felt that our daughter was not only cared for, but that her day was enriching and joyful.
Stephanie LongSep 23, 2024We have been at cadence for 3 years now and dread the day our kids age out! The team here is so attentive, communicative, and caring! Every single teacher truly cares for our kids and helps them grow and learn. We had a stent at a different daycare for about 6 months and realized there is nothing better than cadence. We came back as fast as we could. I can’t speak highly enough about Tonya, Sarah, and the entire team.
India HubbardJul 15, 2024We have been with Cadence for 2 years now and love the directors and staff. Our 3 year old has built so much confidence and vocabulary since starting there in 2021. Our 8 month old gets the attention and tender care that he needs in the infant room as well as the time to explore with the rest of his friends. Cadence is a family and our children's home away from home.
Sarah ChristensenAug 31, 2023My daughter spent two years with the Cadence team and we *still* talk about how much we love the teachers and friends who were part of her time there. While the environment was incredibly nurturing and loving, it also offered her a safe space to learn to be part of a group, compromise with other kids, learn how to follow a teacher-led routine, and advocate for what she needed. The director and assistant director were always transparent with me, engaging with my daughter, and ready to come up with a solution if I noticed our daughter’s needs changing. We are huge, huge fans of this school and especially the leadership. It’s a wholehearted recommendation from our family.
Sarah ReidAug 4, 2023When I moved my family across the country, almost everything went wrong. We could not be happier that CADENCE ACADEMY went right. The incredible director, Tonya, was so supportive during this time of upheaval, and also eased our nerves as we sent our 9 month old to daycare for the first time. Every teacher that has worked with my baby has been kind and loving with her and she is always so happy at drop off and pick up, often times giving her teacher a few goodbye hugs before leaving for the day. The virtual tours given to us before we moved were so helpful in giving us a sense of what to expect when we arrived and the willingness to work with our schedule and start date was so appreciated. We can not recommend this preschool enough!
