My kiddos had the opportunity to attend Children’s Hour when they were 2 to 4/5. It is such a loving, kind, and considerate learning environment. First and foremost, we always were confident that the kiddos were well cared for and safe. Second, we loved the learning and foundational academics that Children’s Hour provided. The teachers started reading chapter books to the PreK class before I even knew to start! Also, the meals are healthy (salad Thursdays) and they have additional extracurricular options like art, yoga, dance, and soccer. Hours are great for working parents (7:30 to 5:00 or maybe 5:30). My kiddos are now in elementary school and Children’s Hour gave them the social, emotional, and learning foundation that has helped them successfully navigate the big school.
Katie BuiMar 6, 2026My 4 year-old has been in the Transition Kindergarten program since September, and we’ve been consistently impressed. The school is organized and clean, and the facilities feel safe and well cared for. They offer a variety of programming that keeps my child engaged, and the daily routine is structured and communicated. I also appreciate how easily I can stay informed on the school website and communication is always up to date and helpful. One of the biggest highlights for us is the indoor and outdoor play space. With unpredictable weather, it’s great knowing my child can run and play year-round. The school has given my child a structured place to learn and grow. I highly recommend it to other families looking for a safe, organized, and nurturing environment.
An NasuDec 11, 2025We are so thankful every day to have found CHA. We toured last year when trying to find a new preschool for my son. Michelle was wonderful and answered all of our questions. We were impressed with the facilities, everything was clean and they even offer healthy meals for the students. My son started in the Fall, and has never been happier to go to school in the morning. As a parent, we want to feel connected to our child’s experience at school and we love that we receive daily photos and updates from our teacher. Speaking of the teacher, we feel so blessed to have Bailey teaching our son. Her blend of creativity, excitement, and strong classroom management, is the perfect combination for our son to thrive socially and academically. She creates a team environment in her classroom, which has made all the difference in my son’s confidence when interacting with his friends. The academic program is also incredible, he is proud to share with us what he is learning daily. His day is full of fun activities focused on reading, writing, math, and beautiful arts and crafts. We truly could not be happier and wish we had found CHA sooner. They provide a warm and kind teaching environment, with staff that are clearly passionate about the children’s care and education.
Ana ElkinDec 10, 2025The Children’s Hour truly feels like a family. My daughter started here at 5 months in the infant room with Colleen who is fantastic. She still talks about Colleen, and luckily, she gets to see her and give her hugs around the school. She’s now in the Middle Toddler Room with 3 amazing teachers who she adores – Holly, Cassie and Olivia. They have structured learning plans each day, are given breakfast, lunch, and snacks (which is so nice to not have to worry about as a parent), and they get lots of play time outside and in the gym! I appreciate all the sweet artwork that is sent home too. There’s very low turnover at the school – most of the teachers seem to have been around for at least 5+ years. And everyone is very easy (and quick) to communicate with. We are so happy to have found this school and look forward to the years ahead 😊
NatalieDec 9, 2025We've had two boys go to Children's Hour. We've greatly appreciated everyone (from the directors to the support teachers to the kitchen staff) and their kind attitudes. They have been reliable, trustworthy and nurturing. All of the teachers have been amazing in the growth and development of our kids. Ms Bailey, in particular, really kick started our son's reading. She was an excellent communicator about any developmental or behavioral concerns / achievements, while being a great friend and mentor. We were fortunate enough to have our kids attend and highly recommend it!
jason wongDec 9, 2025We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Children’s Hour Academy. He started in the infant room and now, at just four years old, he is thriving thanks to the perfect balance of learning and play. The teachers are so intentional about helping the kids build both social and academic skills in a way that feels natural, fun, and incredibly supportive. I also love that the school offers optional extracurriculars like dance, yoga, and soccer. It’s such a gift to have those experiences built right into his day, and it’s been amazing to watch him explore new interests and grow in confidence. We’re so grateful for the care, structure, and joy this school brings to our family. Highly recommend!
