  I wish I could give this daycare more than 5 stars. We switched to this daycare to experience the immersion aspect, and have received so much more. Our child has flourished in this environment. The staff do multiple developmentally appropriate and engaging activities with the children daily, and many have degrees in early childhood education. The staff are loving to the children, responsive, and collaborative with parents to work through various issues that arise. We have been so impressed with the Spanish language explosion we have seen in our child and feel fully confident that our child is safe and well cared for throughout each day. Thank you La Colmenita for making the daycare experience positive and stress free!

  I wish I could give 10 stars for La Colmenita. Our son went there from 5 - 10 months old. We are moving away, and leaving La Colmenita is one of the saddest parts of that decision. The pictures and videos we would get throughout the day brought great peace of mind that he was truly loved and cared for and that he was enjoying his time there as well. Ana is fantastic to work with and the teachers are all so kind and good with the children. They have fun but also learn a lot and help with skill development. I cannot recommend them enough!

  Our daughter loves her school, she found this place as a source of lots of new things including songs and grapes she can get directly from the tree!! All teachers always receive all kidos early morning and parents in afternoon with a big smile. If you are looking for a place where your kido can learn Spanish from native speakers, then look no further!! Keep the good work Ana and the team.

  Our family is so grateful for the care our daughter receives at La Colmenita. I feel confident dropping her off every morning knowing she will be treated with kindness and respect. Not only is she learning a second language at a rapid pace, but also has the opportunity to learn through engaging and thoughtful arts and crafts, musical, and multi-cultural activities. Being involved in my child’s education is incredibly important, so I love that parents receive a small (age appropriate) curriculum at the start of each month so we know what they’re learning and can supplement at home, plus follow along. Our child is so happy at drop off and pick up. When we talk to her about her teachers, friends, and what she did during the day, her face lights up. Not to mention, the teachers send tons of pictures, videos, and updates throughout the day which is so reassuring if you’re just beginning your childcare journey! I can really say it feels like I’m dropping our baby off at a “home away from home”. I highly recommend La Colmenita to anyone seeking childcare that values education, community, imagination, art, music, and culture!

  Our daughter has been going to La Colmenita for over 6 months, we couldn’t be happier. Children are truly cared for by the staff, who are attentive, patient, and treat them with such love❤️. During potty training, they assisted us and we really appreciated their efforts. Through the app, they keep us informed, showing us photos of what she is doing. La Colmenita is highly recommended. Our family feels lucky to have found it.
