  My 3.5 year old has been attending Kindercare for the last year. We enjoy the structured preschool curriculum and thoughtful teachers and staff who interact with kids and parents. My 1 year old also starting attending about a month ago. Really appreciate the flexible hours as my husband and I work from home and can have unpredictable schedules.

  You know you have a great teacher when you, as the parent, are sad to see your child transition to another classroom! And... we have felt this way with each transition. Most recently our daughter transitioned out of Jude's Discovery Preschools classroom, and I can't speak highly enough Jude as a teacher: compassionate, knowledgeable, flexible, and a great communicator. We are very grateful to have Lake Grove KinderCare as a strong partner in our daughter's early childhood development.

  Oh I could write a book about how much I love this kindercare! My son started at 8 months old and we were so nervous, BUT, they held our hand through it. Before we started, we got to do a trial day to see how our son would do. He did great! We love the teachers at this daycare, they are so creative, kind, nurturing and caring. I love seeing the room re-decorated each month for their theme! The teachers are accurate and efficient at updating the daily chart, which you can keep up with on the app. I love seeing the pictures they take throughout the day and I love knowing how well he's eating or sleeping. My son seems to thrive at daycare because of the lovely staff there. We love Lake Grove Kindercare!!!

  Super disappointed to hear that there was a teacher v@ping in the building and purposely blowing it kids faces. I would not recommend this place is very poorly managed and not a safe environment for kiddos! It was not a positive experience!! whatsoever I do not think that is a responsible nor safe action and i'd like to know if that individual is still at you facility for safety reasons and your steps to prevent this incident from recurring. As well as how you plan on fixing all of the internal issues within your facility and how the staff shortage and over the limit crowded rooms will be handled?

  I love this place. Everyone we've interacted with has been so kind and wonderful. My son's teacher, Jude, is the best. They have a sweet, comforting and calm presence and I can tell my son feels safe and secure with them. He has learned so much in the short time he has been here. There is great communication from the director and the teacher. I get multiple updates through the app that includes pictures, diaper change updates, what food was served and how much he ate. It's great. They have interesting lesson plans and he gets to play outside every day. Highly recommend if you're looking for childcare in the area.

  Our daughter has been at KinderCare for close to a year now and while there have been some teacher turnovers in the infant room over these months, she has loved every single one of them. Even as a first-time mom, I was never worried about whether or not they were taking good care of her. My daughter also came home with new, surprising skills, which we attribute to her teachers there. Pre-COVID, I stopped by every day to spend time with her and witnessed how the staff interacted with the kids. It's exhausting work but they still manage to stay upbeat and positive, so I really appreciated that. As for how they're handling the whole COVID situation, my husband and I are of the opinion that they're sincerely doing their best.
