I initially had a great experience with this daycare. The environment was warm and welcoming, and it was clear that a lot of care was put into making the children feel comfortable. My child seemed happy, and I appreciated the personal attention that comes with an in-home setting. However, over time, I realized that the daycare was not the best fit for our family. While there were positive aspects, there were also very concerning things that didn’t align with what we were expecting in terms of structure, communication, and professionalism. Every family has different needs, and I would encourage anyone considering this daycare to ensure it meets their specific expectations to their entirety. I appreciate the time and effort that Elesia put into caring for my child, and I wish this provider the best.
Ozena DixonMar 27, 2025My daughter hasn’t started but we had our walkthrough yesterday and my daughter cried her eyes out because we had to leave. I love how Lisa aka Aunty was so informative and you can feel her excitement to teach and care for the children. I love that she takes the kids to the library twice a week and she see where your child is currently and build them up from there, I was sold once I walked through the door I just felt she was the perfect fit for my child and family cause as she would say it takes a village and I’m so glad to have her apart of mine. We will see you 9/2/24.
Ty BAug 16, 2024This child care facility is a parent's best friend. The provider is very attentive, caring and most of all, she loves the children. She always has activities for them and gives them home cooked meals. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place where your child will not be JUST a number.

But I can actually say for once I feel comfortable leaving my daughter. From the first day, my daughter really enjoyed her first visit and I knew this fit would be perfect for her. It’s literally a feel like home. I trust that my child is safe and I’m at ease while at work. Also love how I will get a text/ video of what’s she doing during the day and letting me know she is ok and is doing well.

She's always so excited 😁 for school even in her sleep once she hears the word school she's up and ready and trust me, she loves her sleep 😴. She has learnt so much and is still learning every day that she's there as the teaching techniques are unique, interactive and entertaining. I would definitely recommend A Feel Like Home to anyone seeking a safe and secured learning environment for their child as the care givers will help you have that peace of mind knowing your child will be well taken care of.
Tashika BarrettJul 20, 2022Ms. Williams is very passionate about working with children. If I could give this school 10 stars I would!! This is the FIRST school I have seen my God children happy in. You know it is an amazing place when they don’t ever want to leave at pick up. I love that they feel as though it is their home away from home.
