  • My son’s daycare abruptly closed down 1month postpartum with my daughter and I was desperate to find a new place. Ms Shawn was my first interaction with Maggie’s daycare and I was sold, I did have doubts but today I have absolutely no regrets with putting my kids in their care. Ms Maggie pays detailed attention to the kids, the daycare is clean and family oriented, the staffs are very professional and friendly. It’s been a year and it has been the best decision I made for both my kids. It’s almost like a one on one teaching for the toddlers and each child is taught at their own pace, the infant teachers are great as well. I just had to leave a review because child care services like this is hard to come by these days.

  • I have been a supporter of Maggie’s Playhouse for many years. My oldest daughter was actually one of her first enrollees. Ms Maggie was my child’s childcare provider since she was just 3 months old. My oldest attended Maggie’s Playhouse full time up until kindergarten, even when we moved out of the area I traveled a 40 minute drive because I really appreciated the love, care, curriculum that Maggie’s Playhouse provided for many years. Ms Maggie is heaven sent, she displays genuine love and affection to her children, parents and business. The effort, passion and quality of care is an example of how this is not just a business for her, she loves what she does and her supporters can feel the passion this is why my family have supported Maggie’s Playhouse for well over 15 years. My oldest daughter attended summer camp every year up until age 11 and now my youngest attend summer camp while the oldest work at the daycare during the summer months. At Maggie’s Playhouse you won’t just get quality care you will also gain a new family. Trust me you will love Ms Maggie, her family, staff, exceptional services, quality of care and love provided. 😊

  • Maggies Playhouse staff the best!! My children have attended this daycare for the past 3 1/2 years. I knew i made a great choice when my son’s came home from daycare and all they wanted to do was talk about their teacher’s and friends and all the fun stuff they did at daycare. My children are well prepared for school they learn so much daycare. I tell all my friends and neighbors about Maggie’s Playhouse they are a God sent... I am able to go to work with a peace of mind, knowing my children are well cared for and loved. Thanks for always doing a great job!!!

  • Maggie's Playhouse Daycare Review When I first met with the owner Miss Maggie I thought she was professional, sensitive to my children's needs as well as my own. She was articulate and well dressed. She presented herself well. Outward appearances it seems can sometimes hide a dark heart. I choose Maggie's daycare because of Maggie's outward appearance, the way she spoke, etc. I decided to never bring my children back to her daycare because of her heart. Miss Maggie agreed to take my children (Joseph, autistic and Hope) into her daycare. She stated it would give her some great experience dealing with children on the autism spectrum. I limited the days and hours my children attended Maggie's daycare (part time, 3 days at only 16 hours when I actually paid $250 for 27 hours over the 3 days, that's 11 hours I paid for that the children were not even there) until I could get wrap around services established which would provide a therapist as support for Joseph while in the daycare. This I did not have to do! Maggie had already agreed to take my children into her daycare. She had already taken my money. I had to wait almost 3 months to get the appointment set where the therapist would go to the daycare and observe Joseph in that setting. The day prior to this appointment Maggie informed me I would be required to pay for the 3 hours, hear me 3 hours, that Joseph would be in her daycare to be observed by the therapist. Maybe I'm in the wrong?? I don't think so. As a business owner myself I would never expect a parent choosing my daycare to pay for 3 hours and only 3 hours so that child could be observed. In her heart she is a greedy, selfish,, self centered woman. I won't have that influence around my children. Now I am in search of another daycare. Due to this I will now have to wait another 3-4 months to get another observation appointment set. This woman has messed with my income and my schedule so badly. She has no consideration for anyone but herself. This woman claimed to me to be a christian. A false christian!!!! Beware!! The wolves in sheeps clothing are the most dangerous. You don't realize who they are until it's too late. Thank you Miss Maggie for disrupting my life so thoroughly.
