  • Hung up on me, while doing an intake because my 38 month old isn’t fully potty trained.

  • The girls are amazing! We've known Ms.Lauren, Ms. Casey and Ms. Monica for about 5 years, previous daycare but everyone is awesome! They treat the kids like their own. My daughter basically ACED her kindergarten screening, and I give all props to Ms. Casey.

Questions parents ask about BEST BEGINNINGS LEARNING CENTER

Is BEST BEGINNINGS LEARNING CENTER a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. BEST BEGINNINGS LEARNING CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 104075002-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Westmoreland County. The current certificate runs to April 3, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is BEST BEGINNINGS LEARNING CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates BEST BEGINNINGS LEARNING CENTER STAR 2, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on May 4, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against BEST BEGINNINGS LEARNING CENTER?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against BEST BEGINNINGS LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does BEST BEGINNINGS LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?

Yes. BEST BEGINNINGS LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 4.

Does this page show inspection results for BEST BEGINNINGS LEARNING CENTER?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects BEST BEGINNINGS LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
