My daughter has been at this daycare since she was around 4–6 months old, and she’s now a year and a half. As first-time daycare parents, we didn’t know what to expect, but this has been a truly great experience. The teachers are incredibly caring and attentive, and it’s clear how much they genuinely care about the children. She is so well cared for, and it gives us real peace of mind knowing she’s in such a safe, nurturing environment. We’re very grateful for the care she receives and highly recommend this daycare to other families.
Sara EspondaDec 22, 2025The school is always clean and organized and very well thought out. Their lesson plans always impress me and I feel like my son is learning so much. He is always excited to go and content and calm when I pick him up. Compared to his last daycare this place is a great fit for my son and so far I am very happy with our choice to enroll him.
Kaitlyn KolinskyDec 11, 2025If I could give zero stars, I would. Bright Minds Learning Center was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. When I first toured the facility, I actually liked it, until I noticed the classroom doors were left wide open and, while the main entrance had a buzzer, a child could easily walk right out. That should’ve been the first red flag. During enrollment, I told the staff (Ebony) that my daughter is mostly potty trained, and we keep her in a pull-up just in case of accidents because she's not 100% there yet. Both she and the teacher said that was perfectly fine. Fast forward to the first day, within fifteen minutes of drop-off, I got a call that my daughter had an accident. Understandable, considering it was her first time there and she didn’t even know where the bathroom was yet. Instead of showing patience or compassion, they told me to come pick her up and unenroll her altogether. No effort to comfort her, no understanding of the normal adjustment period for a three-year-old in a new environment, just complete dismissal. When I tried to have a calm conversation about it afterward, (Anna-Director) took absolutely no responsibility. They twisted everything around, implying I had lied about her being potty trained or that my daughter was somehow “unruly.” It was insulting and completely unprofessional. To make things worse, they still charged me for the entire week even though my daughter was there for just over an hour. That’s not just bad business, that’s dishonest and unethical. They also claim to provide meals, but what I saw and was told about was mostly processed junk food and sugary snacks. If you don’t care what kind of environment your child is in, maybe this place will work for you. But if you want your child to be treated with patience, kindness, and basic respect, go elsewhere. Bright Minds showed me who they really are within one hour, and honestly, that was a blessing in disguise.
Timothy WilliamsNov 12, 2025My daughters have been going to this daycare for 2 years now. I have to say that I am so happy with the staff and the management of it. The daycare is always clean, organized, the staff is respectful, professional and always in communication with the parents. My daughters love it!
Mabel CabreraFeb 19, 2025My daughter has been with Bright Minds for about 3 years now. The staff is wonderful and has helped shaped my child’s behavior for the better! The care center has an app to keep you updated throughout the day and teachers will add pictures and discuss what they did with the kids for learning/activities that day. It is also one of the more reasonably priced centers around with a private entrance around the back for safety. I work overnight as a nurse so it is very comforting to know that while I’m resting my little girl is taken great care of! Highly recommend Bright Minds Learning Center! Thank you Miss Anna and Miss Ebony for such a wonderful care center for my little princess!
Bridget DiazFeb 14, 2025I attended Bright Minds as an elementary student until I aged out. The director and staff have become like family to me. While I attended, I enjoyed the personal connections, the fun activities like field trips, and how kind everyone was. As an adult, it became my first real job experience and I learned so much. Now, although I am in a different field, I will be part of the center family again because I am expecting and there is no other place I would want my baby to attend. Much of the staff has been there for years, the center is always clean, the communication is excellent, and the love they show kids speaks for itself!

Is BRIGHT MINDS LEARNING CENTER a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. BRIGHT MINDS LEARNING CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 102907890-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Lehigh County. The current certificate runs to June 23, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is BRIGHT MINDS LEARNING CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania rates BRIGHT MINDS LEARNING CENTER STAR 2, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on April 29, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against BRIGHT MINDS LEARNING CENTER?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against BRIGHT MINDS LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does BRIGHT MINDS LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. BRIGHT MINDS LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 14.
Does this page show inspection results for BRIGHT MINDS LEARNING CENTER?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects BRIGHT MINDS LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
