Deshaan MurrellApr 15, 2026I want to give my notice ,while John in the daycare can say that he is evolving very well ,because the staff helps them with the principles of the daycare to respect them, and I can say that the daycare has taught him a lot he will be 2 years old but he is progressing with learning like he was 3 years old ,I also take the opportunity to take a little time to say thank you to each staff member who is always there to look after little People, a spécial Miss Shantel I like the way you make yourself avaible for the daycare to work well.
Destine CadetMar 25, 2026I am extremely grateful for this place. My kids were in rolled in another daycare center before and I always had my doubts about them. After finally pulling them out of the other daycare I was having a hard time finding a daycare. That’ll provide transportation for my kids. Ms Shantel and her staff are truly a blessing my child’s teachers even gave them praise and said my son was in school talking about how much he likes his new daycare and she said his behavior has improved. Thank you so much to all the staff at caring 4 kids you are all wonderful
Aurinel PaulinoFeb 6, 2024I was having a very hard time with daycares accommodating me and my child needs with her glasses . Caring4kids has truly been a blessing. My soon to be 3 year old daughter loves to go to school and don’t even say bye to me anymore. She’s ready to learn and I love the brightwheel app with all the cute videos of the children learning and having a good time. Also I have had no issues with her glasses and they understand that’s she’s a two year old not a child with behavior issues. I feel comfortable and relieved to have her in their care. I will highly recommend this daycare 5 stars hands down
Xylaca DevlinJan 4, 2024My son has been going to the daycare since he was one year old. The teachers are very compassionate and care for the kids. They are also great with kids that is on a Spectrum.

- Yes. CARING 4 KIDS LEARNING CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 103779032-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Philadelphia County. The current certificate runs to December 18, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

- Pennsylvania rates CARING 4 KIDS LEARNING CENTER STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on January 16, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against CARING 4 KIDS LEARNING CENTER?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against CARING 4 KIDS LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does CARING 4 KIDS LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. CARING 4 KIDS LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.
Does this page show inspection results for CARING 4 KIDS LEARNING CENTER?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects CARING 4 KIDS LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
