Cecilia has been my daughter’s teacher at Carousel Kids Care Inc. since 2022, and she has been an extraordinary influence on her growth, learning, and happiness. From her very first day in the classroom, CC showed a rare gift for connecting with young children. All of the staff have had the same impact and put in the same effort, and I am grateful. My daughter comes home excited to share songs, crafts, and stories she learned during the day.

TMar 3, 2025The experience with this daycare and my 2 year old son was horrible! My son was here for 3 months and I don't like how the director called me on a Thursday and informed me that the next day would be my son last day at the daycare! After speaking with her trying to find time to find him another daycare she gave him one week until they had all of his things packed up for him to leave the school. They informed me that she was not able to understand him or help him in anyway because he is speech delayed and dosent do as the other children do, and he should be somewhere different or smaller. His case-worker even went to the daycare to see if he had a little more services coming and working with him if he could stay, but also got the same feeling of them not wanting him there! Even the last few days where wierd because they was sending him home in other girls pull-ups not even asking for his because they knew he was going to be out soon! All I needed was time for me to find him another daycare and he didn't have that chance and that is not ok at all! I haven't gotten any reports on how he was doing besides one phone call of him waking up at nap from having a bad dream other then that it was no calls about his behaviors when I ask Everytime he is picked up or dropped off and they say he is doing fine! Communication with parents and their children are important and letting a child be somewhere knowing they are safe with people who care for them. I paid for up 3 weeks here and since he left I still have money owed to me and Everytime I call I can never contact the director or she is never in, I did not like my experience here at all!
