Love this daycare! I’ve never met a better daycare owner. She cares about the kids but even more, she genuinely just cares about people! It was my luck that they had room for my baby. It’s his first daycare and my first time ever enrolling my child anywhere before the age of 3 and if I hadn’t found this place, I don’t think I would have been able to even do it. My 1yr old loves the workers there and I’ve grown to love them also. I can’t even articulate the love that I have for this place. They were a God send and I’m planning to keep my son there until he can’t go anymore!

Questions parents ask about YOUNGER DAYS
Is YOUNGER DAYS a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. YOUNGER DAYS holds Pennsylvania certificate 102328180-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Philadelphia County. The current certificate runs to August 13, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is YOUNGER DAYS's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania rates YOUNGER DAYS STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on December 8, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against YOUNGER DAYS?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against YOUNGER DAYS at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does YOUNGER DAYS accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. YOUNGER DAYS holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.
Does this page show inspection results for YOUNGER DAYS?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects YOUNGER DAYS's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
