  • We love the teachers and director! Both our kids started there for summer camp. Our oldest then went on to kindergarten and the youngest stayed with Chatter Splatter. They have some many fun and active activities for the kids with a nice variety. They are inclusive and supportive. We appreciate the multicultural approach to celebrating all holidays and allowing kids to feel included in their classes. Extra perk- Spanish classes on occasion <3

  • Our 3 year old has been going here for a little over a year. He started shortly after they opened. We were nervous to choose a school that was so new but we were very reassured after meeting the director Deb. She is very thoughtful and careful about the teachers she hires. The teachers are all warm and kind and people you can trust with your children. My son has a blast each day. It's been wonderful to watch the school grow over the past year!

  • My son has been attending this school for quite some time, and we couldn’t be happier. Ms. Deb, the director, is amazing, and his teacher, Ms. Sonae, is wonderful—but he truly loves every teacher there. The staff genuinely care about the kids, and my son has learned so much since he started. They are always there for him, supporting his growth and making him feel valued. I also love that most of the events they host for their playgroup are free for daycare members. We are so grateful for this school!

  • I can’t say enough wonderful things about this daycare! This was my first time ever sending one of my children to daycare, and I was a little nervous at first—but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From day one, they welcomed my son with so much love and care, treating him like one of their own. In the short time he was there, I watched him thrive, grow, and gain so much confidence. They prepared him for kindergarten in ways I never could have imagined, and I truly don’t know if he would’ve been this ready without their support. Knowing he was in such a safe, nurturing, and loving environment gave me complete peace of mind every single day. I am forever grateful for the incredible staff, especially the director Deb, and the impact they’ve had on him. He’s now going into first grade and STILL talks about how much he loves and misses chatter splatter daycare ❤️

  • I feel so incredibly lucky to have found Chatter Splatter Daycare right when they opened—I was one of their very first families, and I still count that as one of the best decisions I’ve made for my son, James. From day one, it’s been clear: these providers, teachers, and staff truly love these kids. They don’t just watch them—they care for them like family. When I drop my son off, I feel like I’m leaving him with a sister, an auntie, even a second mom. They have a way with kids, especially Mrs. Deb, she can sweet talk my son out of a mood. They respect my parenting style, they honor my requests, and they go out of their way to make sure he’s treated with kindness, patience, and joy. Every day, they create new, engaging activities (seriously, who has the energy for that?) and manage to turn every week into a new adventure. Meanwhile, I get to go play with spreadsheets knowing my son is safe, happy, and thriving. Honestly, I was so confident in this place that I moved closer to the daycare instead of closer to work. That’s how much it means to us. If you're a parent looking for a place where your child will be loved, supported, and inspired—this is it. Chatter Splatter isn’t just a daycare. It’s a community. It’s a gift.

  • My almost 3 year old has been at Chatter Splatter day care for over a year now and my 8 month old has been there for 4 months and I’ve been so happy with the care and attention they’ve given both of my children. All of the teachers are warm and loving and take care of my children as if they were their own! Shout out to my children's teachers Miss Tiffany and Miss J, they are the best and my kids love them!!! The classrooms are great and have a ton of room for the kids to run and play and even better they get to play in the Chatter Splatter play area with huge bouncy houses and a ton of toys which my daughter loves! Highly recommend!

The current certificate runs to October 10, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is CHATTER SPLATTER DAYCARE's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates CHATTER SPLATTER DAYCARE STAR 1, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on November 7, 2024. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against CHATTER SPLATTER DAYCARE?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against CHATTER SPLATTER DAYCARE at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does CHATTER SPLATTER DAYCARE accept child care subsidy?

Yes. CHATTER SPLATTER DAYCARE holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 17.

Does this page show inspection results for CHATTER SPLATTER DAYCARE?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects CHATTER SPLATTER DAYCARE's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
