  • Almost all of those 5 star reviews are from former and current employees. The Don went around and asked all of the employees to give a 5 star review. If you notice most of them are all around the same time frame. (Around 3 years ago) I opted out because why would i give a 5 star review for a place that isn't even 1 star. A lot of the reviews talking about rude staff and administration they hit it right on the nose. Leaving this place has been one of the best decisions of my life.

  • My son does not attend Frankie's world everyday, but when he goes he gets very excited! Usually he wont go with other people if I have him, but he's quick to leave my side when we arrive. The staff has been very nice to my wife and I. Our son loves the nurses and the aids there. I have not had a single concern or complaint since my son started there. I would recommend Frankie's World to anyone who has a special needs child.

  • I’m not sure her position but there was a disrespectful employee, if I’m correct her name is Yolanda. Her tone was hostile and she showed no understanding to our recent situation. I just feel as though there should be employees that us parents can trust, and also feel as though our child isn’t comfortable around or near her. As well as things are being exaggerated when explained by her and it brings great discomfort to us as parents.

  • This place is a terrible place for autistic kids. My nephew is an autistic 3 year kid who’s in gtube feeds and because he didn’t know the environment he took his feeds off and had a tantrum. They said that a couple people tried holding him down because of him having a tantrum and taking off his feeds. What kind of people would treat an autistic kid this way. My nephew was so scared when his parents picked him up. This place needs to close down or get more schooling on how to treat kids with special needs.

  • I’ve been dealing with Frankie’s World for a little while. At first I thought they were going to be great for my son. But as it went on it’s been a very horrible experience up to the fact they discharged him for attendance when they’re the reason he couldn’t go. How does they website say they deal with children on the spectrum yet they won’t let him there unless the ABA therapist are there. My son had got sick and had to miss a few days which caused ABA to put him on hold in turn caused my son not to be able to go to daycare. Now they discharge him for the exact reason that’s they fault. What makes matters worse im a single mother of two who now lost my job which means I can’t pay for nothing and about to loose everything. I literally uprooted myself life and moved to Philadelphia for Frankie’s world to just end up in a worse situation. Not to mention they were feeding my son wrong rates and everything. I wouldn’t recommend anyone with a child that has autism or any feeding issues. They clearly don’t care

  • I have been a supporter of Frankie's World for many years and have visited many times. Each time I visit I am overjoyed to see children, who might otherwise be at home alone with a nurse, playing and learning here with other children in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. Everyone on the staff is dedicated to the wellbeing of every child, aware of and attentive to each of their individual needs - physical, mental and emotional. You get a warm feeling as soon as you walk through the door and that feeling is confirmed within a few minutes of observation as you realize that the children are engaged, smiling and trying new things. Not just surviving but thriving.

Questions parents ask about FRANKIES WORLD

Is FRANKIES WORLD a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. FRANKIES WORLD holds Pennsylvania certificate 102515138-0002, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Philadelphia County. The current certificate runs to March 22, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is FRANKIES WORLD's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates FRANKIES WORLD STAR 1, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on April 23, 2021. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against FRANKIES WORLD?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against FRANKIES WORLD at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does this page show inspection results for FRANKIES WORLD?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects FRANKIES WORLD's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
