  • This daycare is terrible!!!!! My son was forgot at school on MULTIPLE occasions. My son came home today & told me that the “big kids” were watching him today. Come to find out they were understaffed AND out of ratio. They never picked my son up from school on Tuesday and when I called to ask what was going on once his school contacted me, they told me it was because the “bus was down” I was never notified the bus would be down. & upon enrolling my son in this daycare I stressed how transportation from school to their facility so I did not have to leave work was a big deal for me and also the deciding factor on my son being enrolled here. The days the bus was being “worked on” it was parked all day at the bus drivers house down the street from my house because it’s not only the transportation for the daycare but also his personal transportation. Today when I called the bus driver was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful on the phone told me I needed to call the owner because that wasn’t his problem and he couldn’t help me with that- his words. He then hung up on me. Needless to say this was the last day my son will be stepping foot in that dingy, unprofessional, unreliable daycare! I wouldn’t recommend this daycare to anybody who cares about their children!

  • Terrible excuse for a daycare my son has been there 3 weeks and has been left at his pre k 3 times! Twice in his first week! The school is dingy! the PM employees are rude! and unorganized. On several occasions they released my child to unfamiliar faces without identification. (Actually listed relatives, but they didn’t know that). This establishment has left a sour taste in my mouth, three weeks my son hasn’t been placed on the in/out list three weeks they still don’t know his name or who he belongs too! (His parents). older kids are left to watch the room while the under staffed daycare attendance goto lower floors for unknown stents of time. Kids buzzing me in the doors of this so called ”secure establishment”. Mandatory 2hr Naptime with “timeout” (their words) being the opposing option, which consists of sitting in a chair in the corner! Then to boot the bus driver got hostile with me today! (4/3/2025) Imagine that same man blasted on FB for taking the company bus to the liquor store. Just today (4/3/2025) reeking of alcohol belligerent and aggressive BROUGHT ME THE WRONG KID!!! He then makes an excuse as to say he got thirteen kids and was alone. But the ratio is 10:1. All and all 0/10 experience I don’t recommend these people to dogsit!!

  • Heavenly hands is an amazing place to have your children! I was so nervous to have my daughter start and they made me feel comfortable the whole time and now I wouldn’t want my daughter to go to any other daycare!

  • My infant started 2 weeks ago. Several people I know spoke highly of the daycare. The staff has been amazing. I feel secure in my choice of this facility and I’m grateful for a safe and comfortable environment for my little one.

  • Heavenly Hands is a wonderful place I been there for five years now and the staff is very responsible, respectable, and family oriented. We treat the kids like they are own kids, we also teach the kids how to be responsible and respectful starting from our infant age. I recommend Heavenly Hands Daycare learning facility to be the place to teach your kids to be successful kids.

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
