  • My daughter is in Pre-K at Inspire, and she absolutely loves going to class every day. Some of the most important things I look for in a childcare facility are strong communication between parents and teachers, knowing my child is safe, and diversity among the staff and children, and Inspire truly delivers on all of these. From the very beginning, Gabrielle, the Director, was amazing. She answered all of my many questions and provided comfort and reassurance when I was nervous about sending my child to Pre-K. She’s not the type of director who just sits behind a desk, every time I drop off or pick up my daughter, she’s actively engaging with the students. You can genuinely tell that she and her staff love what they do. My daughter absolutely adores her teachers and talks about them all the time at home. She always tells me how kind, patient, and caring they are, and how much fun she has in class. It means so much to me as a parent to see how excited she is to go to school and how comfortable she feels with her teachers and classmates. I truly appreciate the entire Inspire team for everything they do. I also love the app they use, which is updated throughout the day so I can see all the fun activities and crafts the students are working on. The communication is outstanding. For any parent looking for a childcare facility where your child will be loved, cared for, and supported while you’re at work, I highly recommend Inspire in Dover.

  • I called this place on a Tuesday asked them did they have any openings for a 3year old. The lady who answered told me they did and could schedule me a walk through for Thursday. Get there for my appointment on time just for her to tell me that they are full and she couldn’t not help me . Completely disappointed poor communication. I felt like once I arrived with my husband and they seen me (a black women) and my husband a (white man) now all of a sudden there’s no space. I would take my child to these people what so ever.

  • Being a parent at this center has been such a rewarding experience. My son is always excited to go and usually runs right in to see his teachers! The staff communicates so well and shares tons of photos throughout the day on the Kindertales app, which I love. Since starting, my son has learned so much—he’s been talking and singing more than ever. His teachers are so kind and caring. I truly couldn’t imagine a better place for him!

  • My son recently started attending this center, and we absolutely love it. The communication is outstanding—I receive frequent updates throughout the day via the Kindertales app, so I always know how he’s doing. I also get lots of photos, which I truly appreciate. It’s such a comfort knowing he’s in good hands. The teachers are professional, kind, and genuinely care about the children. Since enrolling, I’ve noticed a big improvement in my son’s language development, and it’s clear he’s learning so much. I highly recommend this center to any family!

  • I highly recommend Kids & Company. My son has attended since it was Aa to Zz at 6 weeks old. My son receives weekly therapy. His teacher (Miss Sarah) is wonderful with helping reach each of his IEP Goals. My son looks forward to coming to school everyday and seeing his friend/teachers. He runs into the office everyday at pick up for a special treat.

  • Daycare and staff are nice enough. Their front door system was messed up for awhile during remodeling so luckily that is fixed so we finally have a code to get in… instead of an awkward bell system or them propping the door open when large amounts of kids needed to get in. 😬 My issue is that I had to move back my infant son’s start date a week because the family got COVID… (I also had to move back my maternity leave start) …we told them a few days in advance but admin/corporate still wouldn’t let us get the one week of tuition back their app took out before he had even started. Feels like a gym contract.

Questions parents ask about INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION

Is INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION holds Pennsylvania certificate 104094536-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in York County. The current certificate runs to December 20, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on January 29, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION accept child care subsidy?

Yes. INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 10.

Does this page show inspection results for INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
